Clinical Observation Of Wuchong Powder In The Treatment Of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans With Blood Stasis

Objective: the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of wuchong powder and Maiguan Fukang tablet on the total score of TCM syndrome,ankle brachial index,hemorheology,hemagglutination and related indexes of liver and kidney function in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(blood stasis type),and to evaluate the effect of wuchong powder on lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(blood stasis type).Methods: Choose between January 2019 and December 2019 in shijiazhuang city hospital vascular 2 families,Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two all groups received conventional basic therapy.he control group given vascular convalescent tablets,the treatment group given five worm spread orally,all 14 days for a period of treatment,treatment cycle for two period of treatment,observation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compared the two groups before and after treatment symptoms to quantify the total integral,ankle brachial index,blood rheology,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deposited)change,SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis of data between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.There were differences in the ankle-brachial index before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.01).There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.01).2.Comparison of the quantified total scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment Significant(P<0.05)3.There were differences in whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity and hematocrit between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and significant differences in plasma viscosity(P<0.01).Comparison between the two groups after treatment Statistically significant meaning(P<0.05).4.There was no statistically significant difference in the time of glutamate transaminase,glutamate transaminase,serum creatinine,serum urea nitrogen,thrombin,activated partial thrombin,prothrombin and fibrinogen between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both groups of drugs can improve the ankle brachial index in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities,and wuchongsan is better than vascular-restorative tablets in improving the ankle brachial index.2.The two groups of drugs can effectively improve the total score of the quantization of TCM symptoms of patients.The effect of wuchongsan powder was better than that of vascularum restorative tablets.3.The two groups of drugs could improve The whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and plasma viscosity of The patients.The effect of wuchongsan powder was better than that of vascularum restorative tablets.4.There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the test period,and there were no abnormalities in liver function,kidney function or blood coagulation,indicating that wuqi powder was safe in clinical application.
