Clinical Observation Of Carbon Light Combined With Shaofuzhuyu Decotion Add-minus Of Cold Coagulation Blood Stasis Type Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of carbon light combined with shaofuzhuyu decoction add-minus subtract in the treatment of cold coagulation blood stasis type PD,and to explore its effectiveness in the treatment of PD.Methods:From November 2021～December 2022 in the Second Clinic of Gynecology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,72 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis PD were randomly divided into 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.The control group was given oral therapy with shaofuzhuyu decoction add-minus,and the treatment group was combined with carbon light therapy on this basis,and both groups started treatment 5 days before menstruation and treated continuously for 7 days.After 3 courses of treatment,the VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,TCM syndrome score and efficacy of the two groups were quantitatively scored,and the SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:1.After treatment,the VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score,and TCM syndrome score(P<0.01)were significantly reduced between the two groups.Compared with the treatment group,the treatment group had significantly better efficacy than the control group in reducing VAS score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and TCM syndrome score(P<0.01).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of dysmenorrhea was 91.18%in the treatment group and 82.86%in the control group,and the efficacy of dysmenorrhea in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM symptom treatment group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 8 5.71%,and the efficacy of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.0 1).Conclusion:1.Carbon light combined with shaofuzhuyu decoction add-minus oral and oral shaofuzhuyu decoction add-minus alone can improve the clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms of cold coagulation and blood stasis primary dysmenorrhea.2.The treatment method of carbon light combined with haofuzhuyu decoction add-minus oral can significantly reduce the patient’s VAS score,pain symptoms score,and TCM syndrome score,and the efficacy is better than that of oral haofuzhuyu decoction add-minuss alone.
