| Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on the speech function of the patient with poststroke pseudobulbar paralysis articulatory dysarthria along with the traditional acupoint,so as to provide therapeutic idea and acupuncture method for the treatment of poststroke pseudobulbar paralysis articulatory dysarthria. Methods: Patients with poststroke pseudobulbar paralysis dysphonia who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group by random number table method. The observation group,on the basis of the control group,is needled a bilateral henceforth acupoint twice a day,six days a week with a rest day,a course of treatment for four courses of treatment a week.Frenchary dysarthria score,GRBAS score and Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center dysarthria score were conducted before treatment,14 days and after treatment, respectively,to observe the changes of scores between the two groups, and to compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.After the treatment course, the total effective rate of the observation group(94.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.53%),the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05),which indicates that acupuncture the acupoint of the observation group together with the traditional acupoint has an obvious curative effect on the speech function of the patient with poststroke pseudobluderopedullary dysarthria, which is superior to acupuncture the traditional acupoint alone.2.After the treatment course, there were significant differences in reflexes and respiration between the control group and before treatment(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in other items and total scores between the observation group and before treatment(P < 0.01),and there were significant differences in the results of Frenchary score and total scores between the observation group and before treatment(P < 0.01).These results showed that the two treatments had improved effects on dysarthria, and the observation group was better than the control group in terms of reflexes and respiration.Compared with the control group, the scores of reflexology, respiration, larynx and speech and total scores were significantly different(P < 0.01),while the scores of lip, jaw, soft palate and tongue were not significantly different(P > 0.05),suggesting that the improvement of articulatory dysarthria in the observation group was better than that in the control group in some areas.3.After treatment,G,R,B scores and total scores of the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.01,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,P < 0.05);The results of GRBAS scores and total scores were significantly different in the observation group compared with those before treatment(P <0.01).These results indicate that the two treatment methods can improve the dysarthria.Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in G,R and A scores(P < 0.01),significant differences in B and total scores(P <0.05),and no significant differences in S scores(P > 0.05),suggesting that the improvement of dysarthria in the observation group was better than that in the control group in some areas.4.After the course of treatment, the two groups of patients were evaluated by the Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center "Articulatory dysarthria Examination Method",and the results were significantly different(P < 0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture the acupoint together with the traditional acupoint and the traditional acupoint method are effective to improve the arthritic dysarthria of the patient with false bulbar paralysis after stroke.2.The therapeutic effect of acupuncture the compensating point and traditional acupoint is better than that of acupuncture the traditional acupoint on the recurrent laryngeal nerve reflex, breathing and laryngeal articulation of the patient with poststroke pseudobulbar paralysis dysarthria.3.Acupuncture a long point together with the traditional acupoint can effectively improve the hoarseness, rough sound, breathing sound and weakness of the patient with false bulbar paralysis arthritic disorder after stroke, which is better than acupuncture a traditional acupoint.4.The therapeutic effect on the speech function of the patient with poststroke pseudomedullary palsy ely-acupoint combined with the traditional acupoint is superior to the traditional acupoint on the traditional acupoint. |
