Objective:To explore the clinical value of Femoral Neck System(FNS)in the recent treatment of femoral neck fracture(FNF)in middle-aged and young people.Methods:90 young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the orthopedic department of the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as observation objects. They were divided into groups according to different surgical methods.45 patients in the cannulated compression screws(CCS)group received CCS fixation treatment, and 45 patients in the FNS group received FNS fixation treatment;Observe the perioperative related indicators, postoperative complications, and postoperative pain levels of the two groups of patients, evaluate the hip joint function of the two groups after a one-year follow-up,and compare the quality of life of the two groups of patients.Result:1.There was no significant difference in the operation time, the bleeding volume, incision length between the two groups(P>0.05);In FNS group, fluoroscope times during operation, hospitalization time, weight bearing time on the ground, fracture healing and other indicators were significantly lower than those in CCS group(P<0.05).2.The VAS score of FNS patients was lower than that of CCS group at different time points after surgery, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Repeated analysis of variance and intra-group factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in VAS score retention time between the two groups(F=25.587,P < 0.05).3.The incidence of postoperative complications in FNS group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in CCS group(22.22%,P<0.05).4.There was no statistically significant difference in Harris scores of postoperative hip function between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05);The Harris score of hip joint function in FNS group was significantly higher than that in CCS group at 3,6,and 1 month after surgery(P<0.05).5.The scores of RE,RP,VT,SF,MH,GH,BP,PF in the SF-36 scale of patients in the FNS group at discharge were not statistically significant compared to those of CCS(P>0.05);A survey conducted 6 months, and 1 year after surgery showed that the scores of each dimension of the SF-36 quality of life scale in the FNS and CCS groups were significantly higher than those at discharge(P<0.05);The scores on the SF-36 scale in the FNS group were significantly higher than those in the CCS group at 6 months, and 1 year after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.For young and middle-aged patients with femoral neck fracture,CCS and FNS internal fixation surgery are used, and the results analysis show that FNS internal fixation treatment is more in line with the concept of minimally invasive, the surgical trauma is smaller, the number of fluoroscopy is reduced, the operation is simple, and it is helpful for rapid recovery after surgery.2.FNS internal fixation surgery has a definite effect on reducing the postoperative pain of patients and preventing complications.3.FNS fixation therapy has a more significant effect on restoring the function of the patient’s hip joint, which can exercise early function and better improve the quality of life of the patient.
