Objective:To compare the clinical effects of the Femoral Neck Dynamic Cross Screw System and the Three Cannulate Compression Screws in the treatment of femoral neck fracture, for young and middle-aged people. Methods:A total of 82 patients with femoral neck fracture, has been treated in the Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, from January 2018 to September 2020,they has been divided into the Cannulate Compression Screws group and the FNS group according to different surgical methods. There were 58 cases in the Cannulate Compression Screws group and 24 cases in the FNS group. The general conditions, operative duration, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain, fracture healing time, shorteness rate of femoral neck, bone nonunion rate, necrosis rate of femoral head, and the injured side hip joint function at 6 and 9 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in gender composition, age, height, weight, injury causes, fracture sites and types, preoperative complications and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The length of operation time in the FNS group was shorter than that in the Cannulate Compression Screws group, and the VAS score on the second day after operation was lower than that in the Cannulate Compression Screws group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of fracture healing in the Cannulate Compression Screws group was longer than that in the FNS group, and the incidence of postoperative complications(bone nonunion and necrosis rate of femoral head)was higher than that in the FNS group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the Harris functional score at 6 and 9 months after operation between the two groups showed that the FNS group was better than the Cannulate Compression Screws group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition, the Harris Functional Score of the injured hip joint at the 9th month after operation was higher than that at the 6th month after operation, both in two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the treatment of femoral neck fracture of middle-aged and young, the FNS system compare with the Cannulate Compression Screws, there were no significant differences in blood loss. But in the aspect of length of operation time, postoperative pain, fracture healing time,Harris Function Score in postoperative 6 and 9 months and operation related complications, the FNS bone plate system has a larger advantage than the Cannulate Compression Screws. In conclusion, the FNS bone plate system can accelerate the healing of femoral neck fracture, enable patients to start functional exercise as soon as possible, lead to the incidence of operation related complications reduced, and it is worthy of vigorous promotion in clinical practice.
