Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of quantitative parameters of synthetic magnetic resonance imaging MAGi C sequence in prostate cancer. Methods: 70 patients with highly suspected prostate cancer in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from July 2021 to January 2023 were prospectively scanned with routine prostate sequence and synthetic magnetic resonance MAGi C sequence. After pathological examination,30 patients were diagnosed with prostate cancer and 30 patients with non-cancerous prostate tissue(including non-cancerous peripheral zone and transitional zone benign hyperplasia)were included in this study as a control group. The remaining 10 patients were not confirmed by pathology and were not included in this study. The ROI was drawn manually on the special MAGi C post-processing software on the GEArchitect3.0T magnetic resonance equipment, and the corresponding T1,T2 and PD values of peripheral zone and transitional zone prostate cancer,non-cancerous prostate tissue and benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue were obtained, and the differences of quantitative parameters between the lesion area and the control area were compared.ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic effect of each parameter. Results: There were obvious differences in T1,T2 and PD between prostate cancer and other benign lesions(P<0.05).The T1,T2 and PD values of peripheral prostate cancer were lower than those of non-cancerous peripheral prostate tissue(P<0.001).The T1,T2 and PD values of prostate cancer in transitional zone were lower than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia(P<0.001).The area under the curve(AUC value)of T2 value was higher than T1 value and PD value. In the peripheral zone and transitional zone of the prostate, the sensitivity and specificity of T2 were higher than those of T1 and PD.The diagnostic effect of peripheral zone T2 value was better than T1 value and PD value in both cancerous and non-cancerous lesions(P<0.001),but there was no obvious difference between T1 and PD value(P>0.05).The diagnostic effect of T2 value in transitional zone for cancerous and benign hyperplastic lesions was better than T1 value and PD value, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),T1 value is better than PD value in the diagnosis of cancerous and benign hyperplastic lesions, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: MAGi C sequence quantitative parameters of synthetic magnetic resonance imaging have advantages in the detection and differential diagnosis of prostate cancer.
