Objective: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the changes of glucose, lipid metabolism and endocrine indexes in PCOS patients, and to explore the effect of AIT on metabolic indexes in PCOS patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 80 PCOS patients and 80 non-PCOS patients who were admitted to the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 was conducted. The general data, glucose metabolism indexes, lipid metabolism indexes and endocrine indexes of the subjects were collected for comparative analysis.PCOS patients were divided into PCOS with AIT group(35 cases)and PCOS without AIT group(45 cases)according to whether they had AIT.The general data, glucose metabolism related indicators, lipid metabolism related indicators and female endocrine indicators of the subjects were collected. The metabolic indicators were compared between the two groups and conclusions were drawn.Results:(1)The degree of glucose and lipid metabolism disorder in PCOS patients was significantly higher than that in non-PCOS patients(P < 0.05).(2)There were significant differences in BMI,glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and AMH between PCOS combined with AIT group and PCOS patients without AIT group.(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in PCOS patients is more serious than that in non-PCOS patients.AIT can aggravate the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in PCOS.AIT also damages the ovarian reserve function of PCOS patients and increases the risk of female infertility. |
