Objective:Long non-coding Rnas(lnc RNAs)associated with cuproptosis associated with the prognosis of Pancreatic Cancer(PC)were screened by biogenic analysis,and a prognostic risk model was constructed.Methods:Through TCGA database access胰腺癌patient data,retrieve the documents for cuproptosis related genes,through the Pearson correlation(correlation coefficient|R|>and p values<0.4 0.001)as a standard,cuproptosis related Lnc RNA,further through the single factor analysis of Cox screening cuproptosis associated with prognosis related Lnc RNA,The prognosis model of胰腺癌was constructed.With the median risk score as the critical value,the sample was divided into high and low risk groups,and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)were used to verify the results.Results:113 lnc RNAs associated with cuproptosis were screened from the TCGA database,of which 31 were significantly associated with pancreatic cancer OS(P<0.05),and 9 lncrnas associated with cuproptosis were screened by LASSO regression analysis.Finally,four prognostic associated cuproptosis lncrnas(FAM83A-AS1,CASC8,PAN3-AS1,AL117335.1)were obtained by univariate Cox regression analysis for the construction of PC risk prediction model.Patients were divided into high-risk and low-risk groups based on their risk scores,Survival analysis showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).ROC analysis suggested that the prediction ability of risk prediction model was better(AUC=0.724).Based on the clinical information and risk score of patients,univariate Cox analysis showed that risk score can be used as a predictive factor for the prognosis of PAAD(HR=1.289,P<0.001).Multivariate Cox analysis showed that the risk score was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of PC(P<0.001,HR=1.257).Conclusion:Bioinformatics analysis method can be used to screen and select cuproptosis Lnc RNAs related to the prognosis of PC patients.The constructed model can effectively predict the prognosis of PCand has clinical application value.
