Study On Correlation Between Different Syndromes And Physicochemical Indexes Of Urticaria Uygur Medicine And Medication Rules Of Treatment Prescriptions

Objective: The medical records of inpatients diagnosed with urticaria in the dermatology department of Uygur Medical Hospital of Autonomous Region were retrospectively analyzed,including basic information,different syndromes,symptoms and signs,laboratory examination indicators,etc.,and the correlation between different syndromes of urticaria and physical and chemical indicators were analyzed,as well as the rules and characteristics of therapeutic prescriptions used in the treatment of urticaria patients were recorded to provide clinical reference.Methods: According to the purpose of the study,a case information collection table was designed to record the information of280 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of urticaria,including basic information,different syndromes,symptoms and signs,laboratory indicators(Ig E,Ig M,Ig A,Ig G,CRP,HP),etc.,and their clinical characteristics were statistically analyzed and summarized.Herbs used to treat urticaria patients were recorded and their frequency counted.Results:(1)Among the 280 subjects,the incidence of female was higher than that of male;The minimum age of onset was 6 years old and the maximum age was 83 years old.There were statistical differences in gender distribution among all age groups(P < 0.05).The course of disease was less than 6 weeks in 112 cases,namely acute urticaria;The course of disease was more than 6 weeks in 168 cases,namely chronic urticaria,chronic urticaria accounted for the majority;There was no statistical significance in the disease course distribution among all age groups(P > 0.05).The incidence was higher in summer.Among the top 5 causes with the highest frequency,139 cases had no definite cause,110 cases were induced by spicy stimulation,22 cases were induced by seafood,12 cases were induced by overwork,and 9 cases were induced by improper diet.(2)The allergen detection results in this study were mainly inhalation allergies,and the top three were mugwort,house dust mite and tree combination.(3)The most common syndromic features in this study were: thick and fast sinking pulse,yellowish sclera,reddish tongue,wide tongue,yellowish tongue coating,cold and damp skin sensation,poor sleep.The occurrence frequency of different syndrome types was more than 5 in the following order: salty mucus in 146 cases,blue bile in 98 cases,chive bile in 22 cases,burnt spleen fluid in 6 cases,of which salty mucus and blue bile fluid accounted for the majority,followed by chive bile fluid.There was statistical difference in the course distribution among different syndromes(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in age distribution among different syndrome types(P > 0.05).(4)Ig E level was correlated with different syndrome types,and the results were statistically different(P < 0.05).Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,CRP and HP were not correlated with different syndrome types,and the results were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).(5)A total of 181 patent drugs were collected in this study,involving 136 single drugs,and the occurrence frequency was 2066 times.Specific analysis of the single drug with frequency > 10,a total of 57 drugs.Among them,the top 10 most frequently used single herbs were: rose(petal),Radix japonicae,chicory seed,viola tianshanensis,poria cocos,senna leaf,water lily flower,Radix japonicae,papyraga japonicae.Cluster analysis results of herbs:Cluster analysis was performed on 57 herbs with a frequency of > 10,and 6 kinds of results were obtained.Results of herbal association analysis: Association rules of 57 herbs with a frequency of > 10 were analyzed,and 61 association rules were obtained.Conclusion: 1.In this study,urticaria accounted for the majority of female patients.The age between 20 and 79 is the most fertile age for women;2.In this study,the majority of allergen detection results were inhalation allergens,which can effectively prevent urticaria.3.In this study,acute urticaria mainly consisted of blue bile liquid and leek bile liquid,while chronic urticaria mainly consisted of salty mucus,which was helpful for clinical dialectics and treatment.4.In this study,Ig E was associated with the development of urticaria urticaria blue,and elevated Ig E was a risk factor for urticaria blue.5.In this study,the commonly used single flavor drugs for the treatment of urticaria were rose(petal),Rhizoma vulgaris,chicory seed,viola tianshanensis,poria cocos,senna leaf,water lily flower,camellia mongolica,ragwort wood fruit,and oxtongue grass,etc.The clustering analysis of therapeutic prescriptions could be divided into 6 categories.The commonly used drug combinations are rose(petal)-chicory seed,Geisha grass-Tianshan viola-rose(petal),chicory seed-Tianshan viola-Geisha grass-rose(petal).
