Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Uyghur Medicine Combined With Fire Needle Therapy In The Treatment Of Stable Vitiligo

Objective: By conducting research on the combination of Uyghur medicine therapy and fire needle therapy for stable vitiligo,a safer and more effective method is provided for the treatment of vitiligo in clinical practice.Methods: From December 2021 to March2023,80 patients with stable vitiligo who met the diagnostic criteria and were hospitalized in the dermatology center of the Uygur Medical Hospital of the autonomous region were selected.This clinical study used a self-control method.If the same skin lesion was selected from the same patient included in the trial,it was divided into two skin lesions with approximately equal areas,with 80 lesions in each group.Observation group: Uyghur medicine comprehensive therapy(Abnormal balgam maturation agent remover+phototherapy+Uyghur medicine characteristic treatment)+fire needle treatment,control group: only Uyghur medicine comprehensive therapy is used.The total treatment period is 30 days.On the 15 th and 30 th days after treatment,the patient’s white spot area and skin pigment score were recorded.After 30 days of treatment,compare the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group,and the differences between the two groups were evaluated before treatment;Calculate the skin lesion discoloration rate based on the change in white spot area and determine the final therapeutic effect.Results: All 80 vitiligo patients participating in this study completed treatment;1)Clinical efficacy comparison: A.On the 30 th day after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.25%,which was better than the control group’s total effective rate of 91.25%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).B.The apparent efficiency of the observation group was 65.00%,while that of the control group was 45.00%.There was a significant difference in the effective rate between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;2)Comparison of skin lesion area: Before treatment,the two groups had the same skin lesion area and had no statistical significance;On the 15 th and 30 th days after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the area of skin lesions within and between the two groups(P<0.01);3)Comparison of pigment scores: There was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of pigment scores within and between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);4)Comparison of onset time: After starting treatment,compare the onset time of the two groups,and compare the observation group with the control group(P<0.01),which has statistical significance;5)Safety assessment: During the treatment period,no serious adverse reactions occurred in all patients,indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and fire needle therapy is safe and effective in treating stable vitiligo.Conclution: The clinical effect of Uygur medicine comprehensive therapy combined with fire needling in the treatment of stable vitiligo is exact,safe and controllable,and the patient compliance is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
