Clinical Observation Of Xifeng Huatan Prescription In Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction Of Wind-phlegm Blocking Collaterals Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xifeng Huatan prescription in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm blocking collateral-collateral type.Methods: 1.Clinical data: 60 patients diagnosed with wind-phlegm-blocked collaterals in acute stage of cerebral infarction were collected from the first and second department of encephalopathy of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to March 2023.The patients eligible for inclusion in the standard job were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.2.Treatment: The control group was given conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Xifeng Huatan recipe on this basis.Pinellia 6g,15 g,poria cocos,gastrodia elata 13 g,15g atractylodes,15 g dried tangerine or orange peel,amomum villosum 10 g,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,10 g,salvia miltiorrhiza,stone calamus9 g,15g angelica dahurica 9 g,fine grass valley 6g,liquorice 10 g,along with the card to add and subtract,daily 1 agent,temperature points 2 times in the morning and at night.Evaluation of curative effect: NHISS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of Hcy and D-2 polymers before and after treatment.4.Statistical methods: SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis,χ2 test was used for counts,t test was used for measurement data,and rank sum test was used for rank data.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)Xifeng Huatan recipe combined with conventional western medicine had certain clinical effect on acute stage of wind-phlegm-blocked collateral-collateral cerebral infarction.(2)Xifeng Huatan decoction can improve NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score of patients with wind-phlegm-blocking collagonal infarction in acute stage,reduce the degree of neurological injury after cerebral ischemia,and promote the recovery of neurological function.(3)Xifeng Huatan formula can reduce Hcy and D2 polymers,so as to reduce the inflammatory response after cerebral infarction.(4)During the treatment of wind-phlegm-blocked collateral-collateral cerebral infarction in the acute stage,no obvious toxic and side effects were observed,and the use of this formula is safe and effective,worthy of clinical application and further research.Conclusion: Xifeng Huatan Formula has certain clinical effect on acute stage of cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals.
