Objective: Neurogenic bladder is a serious but common complication after spinal cord injury, and there is currently no cure.In recent years, various rehabilitation treatments have had certain therapeutic effects on spinal cord injury, and this study aimed to compare the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation with biofeedback in the treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. Methods: From March 2021 to December 2022,60 neurogenic bladder patients after spinal cord injury who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation of our hospital were selected to meet the inclusion criteria. The randomization was divided into three groups, biofeedback group, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group and combined group, with 20 patients in each group. All three groups of patients were given basic drug therapy and routine rehabilitation training. The biofeedback group gave biofeedback therapy to the bladder area on the basis of basic care; The repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation group was given bilateral M1 zone pulse mode and sacrococcygeal standard mode magnetic stimulation on conventional treatment. The combined group was given bladder biofeedback therapy and bilateral M1 zone pulse mode and sacrococcygeal standard mode magnetic stimulation; All patients spent 20 days during treating. The residual urine volume(RUV),lower urinary tract symptom score(LUTS),quality of life(QOL)and effective rate related to lower urinary tract symptoms were evaluated before and after treatment. Results: 1.Before treatment, the data of three groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the RUV,LUTS and QOL of the three groups were significantly improved, and the effect of the combination treatment group was obvious, which was better than that of the biofeedback group and the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the biofeedback group and the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group(P>0.05).3.There was no significant comparison of effective rates between the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Biofeedback therapy and repetitive magnetic stimulation have certain efficacy in the treatment of neurogenic bladder, but the combined treatment effects is more significant, and the residual urine output, voiding function and quality of life scores of patients are better than those of biofeedback alone or repeated magnetic stimulation.
