The Influence Of Humoral Immunity And Psychological Factors On The Prognosis Of Low-frequency Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss

Objective:To compare the influence of humoral immunity and psychological factors on the prognosis of low-frequency sudden hearing loss in order to provide assistance for the auxiliary treatment of low-frequency sudden hearing loss and improve the cure rate.Methods:The total IgE,thyroglobulin antibody level,total thyroid microsomal antibody level and antinuclear antibody level of 82 patients with low-frequency sudden hearing loss were measured,and the mental and psychological status of patients with low-frequency sudden hearing loss was evaluated by PHQ-9 depression scale and GAD-7 anxiety scale.The effects of humoral immunity and psychological status on the diagnosis and treatment of low-frequency sudden hearing loss were studied by comparing the effects of patients after treatment.Results:There is a significant difference in total IgE between the effective group and the ineffective group,which is statistically significant.It also suggests that there is a negative correlation between hyper IgE and treatment effect(|t|=3.83,p=0,R=-0.76);The scores of PHQ-9 depression scale and GAD-7 anxiety scale in the ineffective group were significantly higher than those in the effective group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was a strong negative correlation between the mental state of anxiety and depression and the treatment effect,and the effect of depression on the treatment effect was slightly stronger than that of anxiety(|t|=5.61,p=0,R=-0.88;|t|=,5.84,p=0,R=-0.86).Conclusion:Both humoral immunity and psychological factors have an impact on the treatment effect of patients with low-frequency sudden hearing loss,and the correlation coeficient of psychological factors is slightly higher than that of immune factors.The patients are given corresponding auxiliary treatment to improve the cure rate.
