| Objective: To clarify the current situation of disease uncertainty in patients with pulmonary nodules and analyze its influencing factors,to provide clinical medical workers with more guidance on the sense of disease uncertainty in patients with pulmonary nodules,so as to improve patients’ emotions and provide a theoretical basis for further improving the quality of life of patients.Method: A total of 200 patients with pulmonary nodules found in the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were selected as the research subjects, and the research subjects were continuously selected by convenient sampling.Research tools include the Mishel uncertainty in illness scale for adult(MUIS-A),the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and self-designed general information questionnaires.Data is entered using Epidata 3.1 software and SPSS 22.0 is used for statistical analysis of the data.Descriptive analysis,Pearson analysis,T-test,ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis were used statistical methods. Results: 1.In this study,200 patients with pulmonary nodules scored disease uncertainty(88.97±12.42),which was moderate, and the scores of the four dimensions were as follows:ambiguous dimension(39.83±7.47),complexity dimension(15.49±3.31),information deficiency dimension(18.94±3.97),and unpredictable dimension(14.73±12.42).2.The results of univariate analysis showed that age, education level, medical insurance payment method, occupational status, anxiety, depression, and yield had a statistically significant difference in disease uncertainty scores in patients with pulmonary nodules(P<0.05).3.In this study, participants scored anxiety from 0-19,with an overall mean score of(5.08±3.80),depression scores of 0-20,and an overall mean score of(3.84±3.69),with anxiety symptoms in 18(9.0%)patients and depressive symptoms in 9(4.5%)patients.Correlation analysis showed that anxiety and depression scores were negatively correlated with disease uncertainty scores, and yield was negatively correlated with disease uncertainty scores.4.The results of multivariate analysis showed that education level, yield in medical coping style, and age were the influencing factors of disease uncertainty in patients with pulmonary nodules. Conclusions: 1.The level of disease uncertainty in patients with pulmonary nodules is low to moderate, the level of anxiety and depression is low,and most patients choose to "face" the way of coping in the face of the disease.2.Patients with pulmonary nodules are affected by uncertain feelings, cultural level, submission in medical coping methods, and age. |
