| Objectives:Based on the Stetler Research Application Model as a conceptual framework and evidence-based nursing as a tool,this study uses the Delphi method to construct a health education programme on mild cognitive decline in older people,which provides a basis for actively coping with aging and promoting geriatric health and disease prevention.Methods:1.Based on the Stetler evidence application model,comprehensively and systematically search the relevant literature related to health education for elderly cognitive frailty,evaluate the quality of the literature,extract and integrate the evidence,and preliminarily construct a health education program for mild cognitive frailty in the elderly.2.Select experts in related fields,use Delphi method to conduct two rounds of expert inquiries on the first draft of the elderly mild cognitive frailty program,invite experts to score the importance of each item of the program,and finally form the final draft of the elderly mild cognitive frailty health education program through statistical analysis.Results:1.Through systematic document retrieval and evaluation,a total of 20 articles were included,including 3 evidence summaries,9 systematic reviews,1 literature review,6guideline recommendations,and 1 expert consensus,and the first draft of the plan was formulated according to the content of the literature,covering 2 aspects of health education for mild cognitive dysfunction in the elderly and health education for frailty in the elderly,and finally formed 36 pieces of best evidence.2.The two rounds of experts distributed 15 questionnaires respectively,and the final effective recovery rate was 100%,indicating that the experts were highly motivated by this study.The authoritative coefficient of the first round of expert inquiries was 0.915 and the second round was 0.916,indicating that the credibility of the experts was high.The two rounds of Kendall coordination coefficient W were between 0.315～0.326(P<0.001),indicating that the expert opinions were highly coordinated and the results were reliable,and finally established a health education program for elderly patients with mild cognitive frailty,including improving the health level of patients with mild cognitive frailty,promoting the health of patients with cognitive frailty,and popularizing health knowledge of cognitive frailty,with a total of 3 first-level items,11second-level items,and 30 third-level items.Conclusions:Based on evidence-based nursing,this study uses Delphi method to optimize the health education program of mild cognitive frailty in the elderly,and the constructed articles are scientific,reliable and feasible,which is in line with the current situation of cognitive frailty in the elderly in China,provides a reference for the intervention of elderly patients with cognitive frailty,and has certain guiding significance for improving the cognitive frailty of the elderly. |
