Design And Research Of TCM Auxiliary Diagnosis And Treatment Methods For Epilepsy In Children

Epilepsy is one of the common nervous system diseases,it is understood that there are about 10 million epilepsy patients in China,60% of epilepsy patients originated in childhood.The onset of epilepsy seriously affects the quality of life of patients,and its prevention and treatment has been placed high on the public health agenda.Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and has its unique advantages in the treatment of epilepsy.With the advent of the information age,the application of artificial intelligence in the daily diagnosis and treatment of medicine has brought unprecedented power and opportunity for the modernization of medical treatment.Therefore,it is of important theoretical and practical significance to explore the research of TCM assisted diagnosis and treatment of pediatric epilepsy.This study mainly designed and studied TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment methods from three aspects: TCM diagnosis scale,data mining and information system development.Purpose:This study takes traditional Chinese medicine informatization as the idea,aiming at children epilepsy disease,draws lessons from domestic and foreign studies on the assisted diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,explores the methods of the assisted diagnosis and treatment of children epilepsy disease,constructs the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment model of children epilepsy with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,excavates the clinical medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for children epilepsy,designs and implements the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine for children epilepsy.To provide reference and suggestions for doctors in the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric epilepsy,improve the diagnosis rate,but also put forward new ideas and new methods for the research of TCM prevention and treatment of pediatric epilepsy.Research methods and results:1.Using data pre-processing technology,the collected 204 TCM clinical case data of pediatric epilepsy veterans were pre-processed to form the pediatric epilepsy medical case sample data set required by this research.2.From the perspective of TCM diagnosis scale,the auxiliary diagnosis modeling of TCM syndromes of epilepsy diseases in children was studied.Based on the epileptic syndrome scale of "Mathematical Diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine",the initial scale was optimized and a new scale was constructed.The diagnosis rate of syndrome classification increased from 79.4% to 82.2%,indicating that the optimized scale has a good auxiliary diagnosis effect.3.Logistic regression analysis was adopted to construct the auxiliary diagnosis model of TCM syndrome type of epilepsy disease in children.Clinical symptom factors affecting different syndrome types in children with epilepsy were explored,regression analysis models of each syndrome type were established,and the AUG values of the five syndrome types were calculated as 0.872,0.831,0.915,0.926 and 0.850,respectively,through ROC curve analysis.These five diagnostic models have certain auxiliary diagnostic significance.4.Through the ancient and modern medical record platform,the clinical medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for children with epilepsy were explored.The most frequently used Chinese medicines for this disease were Uncaria,Gastrodia elata and cholangiocarpus;The use of warm drugs in clinical prescription is the most;The frequency of use of sweet drugs was the highest,and the main meridians of traditional Chinese medicine were liver,lung and spleen channels.The main effect of traditional Chinese medicine is to extinguish wind and settle panic and dry dampness and reduce phlegm.Four clusters were obtained through cluster analysis of the top 20 herbs with drug frequency.By using the Apriori association rule data mining method,a total of 20 association rules between TCM and TCM and 12 medication rules between syndrome type and TCM were obtained.5.The information system software development technology is used to design the TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system for children with epilepsy,which can assist doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of children with epilepsy and effectively promote the inheritance of famous old TCM academic thoughts and diagnosis and treatment rules.Conclusion:1.Through the improvement of TCM diagnosis scale for pediatric epileptic diseases,and through theoretical and practical verification,the diagnosis rate of TCM syndrome type has been improved,and high accuracy of auxiliary diagnosis has been obtained.It means that the improved TCM diagnostic scale can be used as the basis for the clinical auxiliary diagnosis of epilepsy in children,which reflects its application value.2.The auxiliary diagnosis model of TCM syndrome types in children with epilepsy was constructed based on Logistic regression analysis.The ROC curve analysis showed that these five TCM syndrome type auxiliary diagnosis models had certain auxiliary diagnostic significance,which meant that they could be applied to hospital information system and TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment platform for children with epilepsy.3.Through digging the clinical medication rules of famous old Chinese medicine for children with epilepsy,and then comparing with the classic prescriptions of famous old Chinese medicine for children with epilepsy,it was verified that the clinical recommended medication rules of phlegm and fire disturbing God syndrome,wind and phlegm disturbing up syndrome,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome were in line with the prescription composition of famous old Chinese medicine for classic treatment of children with epilepsy related syndromes,and it could be considered that the clinical recommended medication rules were reasonable and effective.4.In the clinical application process of the TCM auxiliary diagnosis and treatment platform for pediatric epilepsy,through the establishment of a database of famous traditional Chinese medicine targeting the characteristics of pediatric epilepsy,it can help clinicians to manage and follow-up analysis of the clinical medical record data of famous traditional Chinese medicine for pediatric epilepsy,and also help doctors to diagnose and treat patients with pediatric epilepsy,which is conducive to the inheritance of the academic thoughts of famous traditional Chinese medicine.It can also provide useful reference for further developing the research work of TCM.
