Clinical Observation Of Fangji Huangqi Decoction On Postoperation Swelling And Pain Of Schatzker Type Ⅵ Tibial Plateau Fracture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fangji Huangqi Decoction on postoperation swelling and pain of Schatzker type VI tibial plateau fracture,provide a new reference method for the reduction of postoperative limb swelling and pain after type VI tibial plateau fracture,and find a treatment plan with reliable efficacy and few side effects.Methods:This topic was hospitalized in the third Department of Orthopedics of Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine due to tibial platform fracture from February 2022 to December 2022,the 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria,signed the informed consent form,and volunteered to participate in this topic,the patients were divided into two groups,the control group and the trial group,each group consisted of 30 cases,after surgical treatment of patients in both groups,the control group received conventional postoperative treatment plus oral course of "Etoricoxib Tablet,30 mg qd,Diosmin Tablet,450 mg bid" for 7 days,in the test group,the control group should add "Fangji Huangqi Decoction",once in the morning and evening,the course of treatment for7 days.The peridiameter,pain and active range of the affected knee were observed on day1,3,5,and 7 after surgery;the observed indicators were the circumference diameter of knee swelling on the affected side,VAS pain score,and active motion of the knee.All data on the study subject were processed by SSPSS23.0 using statistical analysis to compare the differences between the two groups.Results:A total of 60 patients were included in this trial,58 cases were actually completed,including 29 control groups,15 males and 14 female;29 experimental groups,13 males and 16 females.1.There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in age,sex,injured side,operation duration,the affected side 1day before surgery,and VAS pain score of the affected side 1 day before surgery,(P>0.05).2.The difference between the groups of peridiameter of knee swelling on the affected side was not significant 1 day after surgery,(P> 0.05);the comparison between the groups was 3 days,5 days and 7 days after surgery,and the test group was less than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P< 0.05).3.The difference between the groups of VAS pain score on the affected side was not significant 1 day after surgery,(P> 0.05);the comparison between the groups was 3days,5 days and 7 days after surgery,and the test group was less than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P< 0.05).4.The difference between the groups of active range of knee on affected side was not significant 1 day after surgery,(P> 0.05);the comparison between the groups was 3days,5 days and 7 days after surgery,and the test group was less than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P< 0.05).5.There were no allergies,gastrointestinal reactions throughout the study.Conclusions:For patients with postoperative limb swelling and pain of Schatzker type VI tibial plateau fracture,Fangji Huangqi Decoctiont can effectively relieve the pain,reduce the postoperative limb swelling,and then promote the early functional recovery of the postoperative knee joint,and has good safety,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
