Fighting against human Covid-19 has now entered the stage of normalization prevention and control in the post-epidemic era.Because COVID-19 has a long incubation period,a large flow of people in public places and a high probability of cross-infection,it is necessary to take measures such as strengthening personnel health monitoring and checking health codes for key sites in low and medium risk areas.China adheres to normalization,accurate prevention and control and dynamic clearing,and has stricter requirements for personnel information management.Therefore,the epidemic prevention and control information management tools still have a lot to be studied and improved in monitoring the health status and information management of personnel.This research topic comes from the design and development project of epidemic prevention and control system for convenience verification that I participated in during my internship.As a designer,I am mainly responsible for user research,interactive design,visual design,design prototype evaluation and optimization.Starting with the difficulties and problems existing in the normalization prevention and control in the post-epidemic era,this paper selects related competing products and analyzes them from the dimensions of product positioning,information architecture,interactive design and visual design,and summarizes the design experience that is worth learning from.After the target users are determined,in-depth interviews are used to analyze the users’ needs and transform them into products’ functions.Finally,the system function interface is designed.Ensure that users can accurately and efficiently check risk personnel in the process of use,improve work efficiency,and solve the main problems of large staff turnover and difficulty in monitoring during the epidemic.In this paper,the user-centered epidemic prevention and control system is designed,and the efficient and accurate workflow of epidemic prevention and control is delivered to users,so as to create a trustworthy and secure system experience for users.In practice,the project enables people to scan epidemic prevention codes to quickly obtain information such as health codes of people,convey structured and semistructured data to management users in the form of visual design,gather data of risky people,realize accurate classification of people,and provide big data analysis support for emergency measures for epidemic prevention and control,so that management users can make more accurate judgments on the epidemic situation and make more effective decisions.
