| Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of quantitative exercise management on the quality of life of patients with stable coronary heart disease.By developing scientific and individualized exercise plan based on secondary prevention of coronary heart disease for patients with stable coronary heart disease to improve patients’ heart function and improve patients’ quality of life,it lays a practical foundation for the wide application of wechat platform in patients’ receiving health education and remote supervision at home. Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select 70 patients with stable coronary heart disease who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the general practice ward of a third-grade Grade-A hospital as the research objects. The 70 patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group with 35 patients in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing and health education for patients with coronary heart disease. The intervention group received quantitative exercise management on wechat platform on the basis of the control group. The changes of walking distance and speed, scores of the SF-36 Condensed Health Status Scale, exercise compliance, weekly exercise duration,self-efficacy and health behavior stage were compared between the two groups in the 6-minute walking test after 6 weeks and 12 weeks. Results:In this study,a total of 70 patients with stable coronary heart disease were set as research objects, and 8 patients with such loss of follow-up during the intervention process were studied. Finally, all data of 62 patients were collected, including 32 patients in the intervention group and 30 patients in the control group, and there was no statistical significance in baseline data between the two groups(P > 0.05).1.6-minute walking distance and speed: After 6 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention, the improvement level of 6-minute walking distance and speed in the intervention group was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Score of SF-36 Concise Health Status Scale: After 6 weeks of intervention, scores of health status scores(in all dimensions)in the intervention group increased to a certain extent, but there was no statistical significance between the two groups; After 12 years of intervention, the total score and all dimensions of life quality in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).3.Patients’ weekly exercise time and compliance: After 6 and 12 weeks of intervention, the exercise time of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).4.Self-efficacy score: 12 weeks after the intervention, the self-efficacy score of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.001).5.Health behavior stage, after 12 weeks of intervention, the number of patients in the intervention group in the pre-intention stage of health behavior stage was less than that in the control group, and the number of patients in the action stage was more than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.BMI(body mass index),abdominal circumference; After 6 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention, the body mass index and abdominal circumference of the two groups were decreased to a certain extent compared with baseline, but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The quantitative exercise management of we-chat platform enables patients to maintain high exercise compliance, cultivate patients’ healthy behaviors of long-term regular exercise, improve heart function and improve quality of life.2.The quantitative exercise management on we-chat platform enhanced patients’ attention and emphasis on disease knowledge, and no adverse events occurred during the whole in-hospital and out-hospital intervention process, which proved that the quantitative exercise management was safe and feasible to some extent. |
