The Clinical Effect Of Treating Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy By "Treating From Spleen"

Objective: This topic puts forward the view of treating spleen in traditional Chinese medicine to treat peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes,and to observe the clinical efficacy of the method of promoting spleen to regulate circulation,specifically for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods: 72 patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group1:1.Under the premise of diabetes education,moderate exercise,psychological counseling,hypoglycemia according to their own blood glucose level and other basic treatment,the control group was treated with mecobalamine capsule alone,and the treatment group was treated with mecobalamine capsule combined with Yunpi Tongluo Yin.After 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy of Glycated Hemoglobin A1 c,Blood Glucose,2-hour Postprandial Blood,TCM syndrome score,Toronto Clinical Scoring System score and nerve conduction velocity were observed and compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:1.TCM syndrome scores in both groups were improved after drug treatment(P <0.01),and the treatment group was more significant in improving limb pain,limb weakness,shortness of breath,lazy speech,skin nail fault,aversion to wind and sweating.The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 61.3% in the control group(P<0.05).2.Hb A1 c and Blood Glucose in both groups were improved after treatment;The treatment group showed better effects on Hb A1 c and FBG than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group indicated a superior improvement in blood glucose compared to the control group.3.The TCSS scores of both groups were decreased after drug treatment,indicating that the clinical symptoms were improved,and the improvement in the control group was lower than that in the treatment group.4.After drug treatment,sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity were increased,and the increase in nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was motr pronounced than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.During the treatment period,safety indicators were checked for both groups of patients and no abnormalities or adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion: The view of treating type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy from the perspective of spleen has clinical reference value.Yunpi Tongluo decoction has more advantages in treating type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis than western medicine alone.
