| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qi Yan Analgesic decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis. In this study,72 patients who were consistent with traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group. Two groups were given basic treatment, the treatment group was given self-prepared prescription Qi Yan Analgesic decoction, the control group was given Gabapentin capsule, the course of treatment was 4 weeks.VAS pain scores,PSQI scores and SAS scores were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.Record adverse reactions that occur during treatment and how to deal with them.Patients were followed up by telephone for one month after the end of treatment and recurrence was recorded in both groups.Using SPSS25.0 to analyzed the collected data.Data analysis results:1.Baseline comparison: 67 of the 72 patients included in this study were actually completed, including 34 cases in the group of Qi Yan analgesic decoction and 33 cases in the gabapentin group. The sex, age, and course of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).The VAS scores,PSQI scores, and SAS scores before treatment were comparable(P>0.05).2.Comparison of scores within the two groups:the VAS scores,PSQI scores and SAS scores after treatment were all lower than those before treatment between the two groups, and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.Comparison of scores between the two groups:after the completion of treatment, the improvement of VAS pain scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference in VAS scores before and after treatment between the two groups was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement in PSQI scores in the treatment group was not much different from that in the control group(P>0.05).The improvement in SAS scores was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.Efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 84.85%.There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In the treatment group, the rate of cure and apparent efficiency was 67.65%,and the control group was 42.42%(P<0.05).5.Comparison of adverse reactions: there were 3 adverse reactions in the treatment group and 5 in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Comparison of recurrence rate:the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 9.37%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 35.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Qi Yan Analgesic decoction has definite efficacy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia caused by qi deficiency and blood stasis,it can effectively relieve pain, improve sleep quality and relieve anxiety.2.Qi Yan Analgesic decoction has good safety and low recurrence rate. |
