Ticulticulatablanco Leaf chemical composition and anti-inflammatory activity of citrusreticulo and its cultivated varieties were studied.D101macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel,hydroxypropyl glucan LH-20,small-hole resin(MCI),C-18 reversed phase silica gel(ODS)and other chromatographic technologies were used to separate and purify the compounds.Modern spectral techniques such as nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,mass spectrometry and ultraviolet spectroscopy were used to identify the structure of the compounds combined with physical and chemical properties.Twenty compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Tangerine leaves.Compounds 6,7,9-20 were isolated from Tangerine leaves for the first time.The types of compounds involved flavonoids,triterpenes,steroids and smallmolecular phenolic compounds.By establishing a lipopolysaccharide(LPS)induced mouse RAW264.7 cell model,the effects of tangerine leaf extract and 12 compounds on NO release were evaluated.All extracts showed certain inhibitory activity,compounds 1-4,8 showed strong inhibitory activity on NO release from LPs-induced RAW264.7 cells.Half of its inhibition concentration(medianinhibitionconcentration,IC50)were25.21±2.10μmol·L-1,37.77±0.50μmol·L-1,38.19±1.58μmol·L-1,21.89±1.73μmol·L-1and41.59±1.59μmol·L-1.In this paper,the material basis of Tangerine leaves was explained,the anti-inflammatory compounds were screened,and the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of several citrus medicinal materials were reviewed.
