| This thesis consists of two chapters.Chapter One Studies the Chemical Composition of Cephalotaxus lanceolata K.M.Feng.Compounds is isolated by silica gel,Adsorbent r esin,Sephadex LH-20,Aluminum oxide,MCI and other methods.Including 4 alkaloids,13 flavonoids,3 triterpenes,10 other types of compounds.Thirty compounds were isolated and identified as cephalotaxine(1),homoharringtonine(2),drupacine(3),orychophrag ine D(4),apigenin(5),quercetin(6),chrysoeriol(7),luteolin(8),rutin(9),vitexin(10),6-C-methylnaringeninp(11),apigenin-6-C-β-L-arabinopyranoside-8-C-α-L-arabin opyranoside(12),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl methyl ester(13),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuroni-de(14),7-O-methylametoflavone(15),7,4’,4’’’-tri-O-methylamentofla vone(16),ginkgetin(17),ursolic acid(18),2α-Hydroxyursolic acid(19),hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(20),phthalic acid bis-(2-ethylhexyl)ester(21),steari c acid(22),monopalmitin(23),7-Megastigmene-3β,4α,9-triol(24),Inosine(25),Ade nosine(26),mannitol(27),nonacosyl alcohol-15(28),β-sitosterol(29),daucosterol(30).Among them,compounds 4、8 to 17、20 to 21、24 to 26 are isolated from Cephalot axus lanceolata K.M.Feng for the first time.Compounds 4、11 to 14、20 to 21、24 to 26 are isolated from the genus cephalotaxus for the first time.The second chapter summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Cephalotaxus lanceolata K.M.Feng.Provide reference for the research,development and utilization of its resources. |
