| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tian Ma Xing Nao Capsule on mild cognitive impairment of Parkinson’s disease,and to provide help for the exploration of traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of mild cognitive impairment of Parkinson’s disease.Method:Eighty patients with mild cognitive impairment of Parkinson’s disease in the outpatient and inpatient departments of neurology department of Yun Nan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yunnan First People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups: Tian Ma Xing Nao apsule group(treatment group)and Donepezil hydrochloride group(control group).Treatment group was given Gastrodia Xingnao Capsule(Gastrodia elata,Digilong,calamus stonicola,Radix polygonatum,Rehmanniae rehmanniae and cistanche),0.4g/ capsule,3 times/day.The control group was given Donepezil hydrochloride,5mg/ time,once/night.Both groups received anti-Parkinson’s drugs(which were adjusted for severity)and no other cognitive-improving drugs were taken during enrollment.MMSE,MoCA,MT-A,etc.(CGIS-S,2016)were examined before treatment,12 weeks after treatment,and 24 weeks after treatment.Results:1.After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the experimental group and the control group compared the overall impression of TCM syndrome changes(patients,family members and physicians),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the patients and family members agreed that the improvement was the most obvious in the aspects of limb tibial acid and lethargic sleepiness.2.After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,there were significant differences in MMSE,MoCA,score and TMT-A time before and after treatment between the experimental group and the control group.Comparison of the two groups of patients in the same period.The difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Tianma Xingnao capsule can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson’s disease.It was not inferior to Donepezil hydrochloride in improving MMSE,MoCA score and TPT-A time. |
