Clinical Observation On Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin And Damp-Heat Syndrome Treated With Yiqi Ziyin Lishi Decoction

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqiziyinlishi decoction in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy both qi and yin deficiency with damp and hot syndrome.Evaluating Yiqiziyinlishi decoction efficacy and safety with objective and scientific,in order to provide more options for clinical treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and traditional Chinese medicine played an important and characteristic role in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods:1.The 72 cases of idiopathic membranous patients divided into control group with 36 cases and treatment group with 36 cases,used inclusion criteria of this study.Gived control group with general treatment,diuresis and detumescence,anti-freezing,blood pressure control,blood lipid control,anti-infection,etc.Gived treatment group with Yiqiziyinlishi decoction and western general treatment,two groups were observed for 8weeks.2.The 72 patients were collected with general data,TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome total score,TCM symptom efficacy and related laboratory indicators(24h-UTP,bood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,urine Ig G,ect.),the prior treatment and posttreatment were recorded,at the same time,the patients were observed for infection(respiratory tract infection,urinary tract infection,etc.)and other illness.3.The above all statistics needed statistically analyzed.Results:1.Clinical effective rate: the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of treatment group and control group were.88.24% and 73.53%.So,the treatment group was better than the control group(p=0.038<0.05).2.Laboratory datas: the posttreatment of two groups of 24h-UTP,Scr,ALB,TC,TG,LDL-C,FIB,urine Ig G were improved better than prior treatment,also,the treatment group of urine,BUN,UA were improved better than prior treatment.Compared with two group,the treatment group was obvious improved.(P<0.05).3.Safety datas: there werre no obvious abnormal in blood routine(WBC,RBC),liver function(AST,ALT),electrocarding,color ultrasound of urinary system of two groups with prior treatment and posttreatment(P>0.05).4.The total TCM syndrome score: the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment,the total TCM syndrome score was declined than priortreatment,also,the treatment group was bettern than the controa group(p=0.038<0.05).5.The efficacy of TCM syndromes: the two groups after 8weeks of treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes of treatment group and control group was 94.12% and 73.53%.Compared with the control group,the treatment was obvious improved(P<0.05).6.The efficaacy of TCM symptoms: After treatment,two groups were significantly improved except for ventosity(P=0.05),and compared with the control group,the treatment group was obvious improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqiziyinlishi decoction combined with general western medicine in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy both qi and yin deficiency with damp and hot syndrome was better than pure general western medicine treatment,and it obvious improved the clinical symptoms of TCM,24h-UTP,urine Ig G,renal function,blood lipids,etc.It is hinted that Yiqiziyinlishi decoction can reduce protein leakage,regulate lipid metabolism,improve blood viscosity and hypoproteinemia,reduce the content of Ig G in urine,improved the body immune disorder and improve the prognosis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.The patients life quality was improved,and during the whole treatmen there were no side effects and adverse reactions.
