| Objective: Epidemiological investigation and clinical study were conducted on patients with facial sensitive skin.We will have some acquaintance with the occurrence of anxiety and depression in patients with facial sensitive skin,and analyze the influencing factors associated with anxiety and depression.Furthermore,we can observe the clinical effect of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder on the treatment of facial sensitive skin of the syndrome of liver depression and heat.Methods: This topic is divided into two parts: the investigation on the related factors of anxiety and depression in patients with facial sensitive skin and the clinical study on the treatment of facial sensitive skin with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder.1.The epidemiological survey took patients with facial sensitive skin who met the diagnostic criteria as the research object,issued a self-designed questionnaire,and completed the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)according to their experience and feeling in the past week.The detection rate of patients with facial sensitive skin accompanied by anxiety and depression was obtained through component ratio analysis.The chi-square test was used to summarize the difference of component ratios of different variables between the sensitive skin accompanied by anxiety and depression group and the sensitive skin group,and the influencing factors of patients with facial sensitive skin accompanied by anxiety and depression in the single factor analysis were obtained.After that,the multivariate binary logistic regression analysis model was used to further clarify the potential risk factors of anxiety and depression in patients with facial sensitive skin.2.In the clinical study,patients with facial sensitive skin who met the inclusion criteria in the epidemiological survey and whose HADS score was more than 7 points were randomly divided into two groups,34 in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.On the basis of Shumin treatment,the treatment group took modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder as the intervention measure,and the control group took Ebastine tablets as the intervention measure.The relevant contents of Clinical Efficacy Observation Table,Dermatological Quality of Life Index(DLQI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were completed before and after treatment,respectively.After the observation period,all data were statistically processed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the influence on the anxiety and depression of patients.Result:1.Epidemiological investigation(1)Demographic characteristics: A total of 300 questionnaires were collected,and 273 were valid,with an effective rate of 91.00%.There were 237 women(86.81%)and 36 men(13.19%).The age range is 18-55 years old,and the proportion of people aged 26-33 years old is the largest(37.73%).In the regional distribution,about 75.46% of the respondents came from Kunming,Yunnan Province.The Han nationality accounts for 81.68% of the ethnic distribution.Employees account for 46.15% of the occupational distribution.(2)The detection rate of anxiety and depression in patients with sensitive skin: among 273 patients with sensitive skin,113 patients showed different degrees of anxiety and depression,and 160 patients with sensitive skin without anxiety and depression.The detection rate of anxiety and depression in patients with sensitive skin was 41.39%.(3)In univariate analysis,the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with sensitive skin:(1)Gender: the detection rate of anxiety and depression in women with sensitive skin(45.15%)was higher than that in men(16.67%);(2)Age: In terms of age of patients,the highest detection rate is between 50 and 55 years old or between 34 and 41 years old;(3)Pressure situation: the detection rate of daily pressure(58.82%)or frequent pressure(54.41%)is the highest;(4)Sleep habits: the highest detection rate was often staying up late(59.20%).The difference between the above results was statistically significant.(P<0.05).(4)According to Multi-factor binary logistic regression analysis,the risk factors of anxiety and depression in patients with sensitive skin:(1)Gender: female(compared with male,OR=3.739,95% CI 1.396~10.018,P<0.05);(2)Pressure situation: often under pressure(compared with no obvious pressure,OR=2.733,95% CI 1.186~6.480,P<0.05),daily under pressure(compared with no obvious pressure,OR=3.688,95% CI 1.032~13.188,P<0.05);(3)Sleep habit: often stay up late(compared with never staying up late,OR=4.899,95% CI 1.096~21.887,P<0.05).2.Clinical research(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the Chinese medicine decoction group and the control group were 91.18% and 64.71%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the TCM group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of subjective symptoms: After treatment,the scores of itch sense,tight feeling,burning pain and tingly sensation in the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the score of itch sense of the traditional Chinese medicine group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).While there was no statistically significant difference in the reduction of burning pain,tight feeling and tingly sensation scores between the two groups(P >0.05).(4)Comparison of objective signs: The two groups after treatment of erythema,papules,telangiectasia,dryness and flakiness integral significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the scores of erythema and papule in the Chinese medicine group decreased more significantly(P < 0.05),while the scores of telangiectasia and dryness and flakiness had no significant difference(P >0.05).(5)Comparison of scores in VISIA red area: After treatment,the scores of VISIA red area in both groups was significantly lower than that before(P<0.01),and the reduction was more significant in the TCM decoction group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of PSQI scores: After treatment,the scores of PSQI in both groups was significantly lower than before,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),and the score of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction group decreased more significantly(P< 0.05).(7)Comparison of DLQI scores: After treatment,the DLQI scores in both groups was significantly lower than before,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),and the score of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction group decreased more significantly(P< 0.05).(8)Comparison of HADS score: After treatment,both groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).Compared between groups,the anxiety score of the TCM decoction group decreased more significantly(P<0.05),while the depression score decreased less significantly than that of the control group(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.Epidemiological investigation(1)Patients with sensitive skin have a high incidence of anxiety and depression,so attention should be paid to the anxiety and depression of patients with sensitive skin.(2)Gender(female),stress(often stressful,daily stressful),and sleep habits(often staying up late,sleeping for about 6 hours)are risk factors for sensitive skin with anxiety and depression.2.Clinical research(1)Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of facial sensitive skin with liver depression and heat,and has certain clinical application value.(2)Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder has a good effect on improving the negative emotions of patients with anxiety and depression,especially has advantages in improving anxiety. |
