jectiveThis Project was based on Pa early threatened abortion with s Pleen and kidney deficiency ty Pe,and through randomized clinical controlled ex Periments,the efficacy and safety of taking “Antaiheji”and combining with low molecular weight he Parin sodium in the treatment of early threatened abortion were observed,so as to Provide a safe and effective treatment Plan for Patients with early threatened miscarriage.MethodsA total of 72 Patients with early threatened abortion with s Pleen and kidney deficiency who met the enrollment criteria were collected,and 36 Patients were divided into treatment grou P and the others were divided into control grou P by random grou Ping,and on the basis of low molecular weight he Parin sodium in both grou Ps,the treatment grou P was combined with an “Antaiheji”.After three courses of treatment,the numerical changes of medical syndrome score,three items of Pregnancy(Progesterone,blood-HCG,estradiol),the diameter of the gestational sac,coagulation function,thromboelastogram and other im Provements of the two grou Ps after treatment were com Pared,and the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with low molecular weight he Parin sodium in the treatment of early threatened abortion with s Pleen and kidney deficiency ty Pe were com Pared between the two grou Ps.0utcome1.Before treatment,com Paring the age of two grou Ps,TCM syndrome Points,three items of Pregnancy(Progesterone,blood-HCG,estradiol)level,gestational sac diameter,coagulation function,thromboelastogram and other numerical values,and that were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Com Parison of the efficacy after treatment between the two grou Ps: the com Prehensive total effective rate(91.17% > 76.47%)of the treatment grou P and the control grou P,the total effective rate of TCM sym Ptom im Provement(88.23% > 73.52%),and that were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome decreased in both grou Ps,and the im Provement was more obvious in the treatment grou P,that was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the end of treatment,two grou Ps of indicators were observed,Changes in the numerical values of three items of Pregnancy(Progesterone,blood-HCG,estradiol),the growth of the diameter of the gestational sac,the coagulation index and the numerical value of K and R of the thromboelastogram.Statistically,the difference before and after treatment was significant,that indicating both the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P could im Prove the embryo survival rate,and the numerical change in the treatment grou P was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety: The safety indicators of both grou Ps were normal after treatment,and there were no adverse reactions.ConclusionTaking “Antaiheji” and combined with low molecular weight he Parin sodium has good clinical efficacy for the treatment of Patients with early threatened abortion with s Pleen and kidney deficiency,and the embryo survival rate is significantly higher than that of the control grou P with low molecular weight he Parin sodium alone,that reflect the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,and high safety,which is worthy of further research and Promotion.
