Study On The Curative Effect Of External Application Of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder In The Treatment Of Acute Deep Venous Thrombosis Of Lower Extremities

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder in the treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods A total of 80 patients were expected to be enrolled in the group.Randomized grouping by stratified blocks,40 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group,both groups were given conventional basic treatment.In the treatment group,external application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder was added,and in the control group,external application of 50% magnesium sulfate solution gauze was added,and the treatment period was 1 week.The liver and kidney function data,the circumference difference of the healthy and affected side of the lower limbs,the syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and the blood coagulation function were compared before and after treatment.Follow-up assessment was performed 3 months after treatment using the Villalta scale.Results At the end of the study,a total of 3 cases dropped out,39 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in the general data of the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);the comparison of coagulation indicators before and after the group was statistically significant,and the comparison between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the control group and the treatment group were 14.57(15.80)and 7.49(7.75)respectively at the end of the treatment,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the control group was 89.48%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%.The difference in the overall level of treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in visual analogue score between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups on the3 rd day and the 7th day of treatment(P<0.05);The overall difference in the difference in the circumference of the calf and ankle joints between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);On the 3rd day of treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the groups at the end of treatment(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the results of Villalta assessment 3months after discharge(P>0.05).During the course of treatment,no adverse reaction was found,and no abnormality was found in liver and kidney function.Conclusion External application of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder can relieve the pain and swelling of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in a short period of time,effectively reduce the concentration of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,and improve the therapeutic effect.The data analysis showed that Ruyi Jinhuang Powder may achieve curative effect by affecting hypersensitive C-reactive protein and related inflammatory mechanisms.
