Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome With Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency By Invigorating Spleen And Kidney Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney acupuncture on CFS of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,optimize the treatment plan of CFS,provide new acupoint selection ideas for clinical use,and can be applied and popularized in clinical practice and create social value.Methods:Seventy-two patients were divided into control group and test group by random number table method.The test group was treated with acupuncture for invigorating the spleen and kidney,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Each group had 36 patients,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Select the Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Scale score and Fatigue Assessment Scale(FAI)as the efficacy observation indicators,and take the clinical symptom score as the efficacy evaluation standard.Before and after treatment,score the two groups of patients respectively,and finally carry out efficacy evaluation and data statistical analysis to compare their efficacy.Results:1.According to statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,score of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome scale before treatment,and fatigue assessment scale(FAI)before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.The results of the score of the Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome Scale:(1)Total score: after treatment,compared within the group,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant,indicating that both groups can reduce the score.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the score reduction in the Spleen-invigorating and Kidney Tonifying acupuncture group was greater than that in the conventional acupuncture group.The difference between the two groups in the total score of syndromes before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the spleen and kidney strengthening acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group in improving symptoms.(2)Single integral: after treatment,the difference between the acupuncture group of invigorating spleen and kidney and the conventional acupuncture group was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups in each single score was statistically significant in terms of improving the waist and knee soreness,body fatigue and fatigue,fear of cold limbs and cold legs,short of breath and lazy speech,clearing the valley,cold pain in the waist,lack of appetite,and clear and long night urine(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving abdominal distension,dyspepsia and insomnia(P>0.05).3.FAI score research results: After treatment,the FAI score in the two groups was compared,which proved that both groups could reduce the FAI score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the acupuncture method of invigorating the spleen and kidney was significantly lower than that of the conventional acupuncture group.The difference of FAI between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<00.05),indicating that the acupuncture group of invigorating the spleen and kidney is better than the conventional acupuncture in alleviating fatigue.4.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the Spleen-invigorating and Kidney Tonifying acupuncture group was 94.44%(34/36),higher than that of the conventional acupuncture group 83.33%(30/36),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The treatment of CFS of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type based on the method of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney can effectively improve the syndrome score of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type and FAI score of patients;2.By comparing and observing the improvement of symptoms of patients before and after treatment,it was found that the acupuncture method of invigorating the spleen and kidney was superior to conventional acupuncture,which could alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients to a greater extent;...
