ObjectiveThe study supplies reliable clinical data and information and seeks a needling treatment method on CSF which works most effectively based on the literature and modern research results and observation on clinical curative effect on kidney and spleen yang deficiency type chronic fatigue syndrome by Heat-producing acupuncture.Method60patients from Acupuncture Department3of The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese from April2012to January2013were selected and classified into Treatment Group (32Patients) of heat-producing acupuncture and Control Group of Normal Acupuncture In accordance with the method of random number table. During two courses of the treatment, each syndrome and health conditions of all patients shall be evaluated according to results stated in Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14) and Fatigue Assessment Instrument (FAI) before and after treatment.ResultsBasic information of all patients before and after the treatment shall be compared. The information includes gender, age, duration of the disease, severity of the disease and symptom scores, and the results prove comparative.(P>0.05).There is no significant difference on total effective rate between two groups after the treatment (P>0.05), but there is difference on significant efficiency rate between two groups after the treatment (P<0.05). It shows that CSF of patients in two Groups is improved after receiving acupuncture treatment, and the curative effect in Treatment Group is more excellent than it in Control Group, with more clinical curative effect confirmed.ConclusionThe clinical effect from kidney and spleen yang deficiency type chronic fatigue syndrome by Heat-producing acupuncture in Treatment Group is superior to it from normal acupuncture in Control Group. The former treatment method can better improve patients’clinical symptoms and shall be popularized for its remarkable curative effect.
