In the Internet era, with the maturity of information technology and the development of Internet of Things technology, the online and offline e-commerce model has been rapidly promoted around the world, and the Internet and the health care industry have penetrated each other. On this basis, online health communities have begun to develop rapidly. In 2020,the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia has had a huge impact on public health protection, and has also put forward new requirements for public health services.Under the shadow of infectious diseases, people are allowed to conduct physical self-examination and simple It is very necessary to diagnose diseases or save queuing time with online appointments, avoid close contact between people, and reduce the risk of infection. Therefore,it is urgent to promote the use of online health communities. However,in order to promote the popularization and application of the online key health community,we must first strengthen the construction of the online key health community from the inside, and constantly improve the services of the online key health community. At present, the difficult problem that must be considered in the development and construction of online key health community is how to meet the individual needs of the public. If the needs of users to use the online health community cannot be guaranteed,it is still difficult to maintain the user’s willingness to use even if a lot of money and advanced technology are invested. Therefore, narrowing the gap between supply and demand is of great significance to maintain users’ continued willingness to use.The research object of this paper is the users of the online health community.Based on the TAM model, the research and analysis are carried out from the user’s point of view.Through the systematic review and comparison of the relevant literature research on the TAM model, combined with the actual situation of the online health community, the platform is finally determined.Seven factors, including system stability, information resources, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, service quality, expression diversity, and information security perception, are used as internal and external factors that affect users’ willingness to use online health communities.Empirical analysis of 334 valid questionnaires was carried out with AMOS software and verification analysis was carried out in combination with the model. The study found that the above factors all have an impact on users’ willingness to use online health communities. The higher the user’s perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,the stronger the user’s willingness to use products and services. The remaining five independent variables have a positive impact on the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and indirectly affect the user’s willingness to use through the impact on the dependent variable. The model hypothesis is established.Based on the TAM model, this paper discusses the influencing factors and influence levels of users’ behavioral intentions in online health communities, and puts forward its own views and suggestions on the development of online health communities from the aspects of service innovation and user attraction,as follows: 1.Ensure the stability of the system, promote diverse expressions, and meet the needs of users.2.Improve the construction of user portraits, achieve precise push, and enhance the attractiveness of the platform.3.Establish an access threshold system, provide accurate medical information, and ensure user trust.4.Establish an information security system to protect user privacy.5.Simplify the operation steps of the platform, improve the interactivity of system information, and facilitate the use of users. |
