ObjectiveBy detecting the level of inflammatory factors in patients with PCI of coronary heart disease,combined with the changes of cardiac function and the degree of stent stenosis,the influence of aseptic inflammatory residue on the cardiac function changes and in-stent restenosis in patients with different TCM types of coronary heart disease was analyzed.MethodsA total of 75 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI(1 year after PCI)were selected as experimental group.According to the TCM syndrome,they were divided into qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,cold coagulation pulse syndrome and chest Yang depressed syndrome,and 10 cases from healthy population were selected as blank group.The changes of cardiac function level and inflammatory factors were analyzed and compared,and the degree of stent stenosis and the occurrence of adverse events were recorded.ResultsThe inflammation level of the patients after PCI was significantly higher than that of the non-CHD group;According to the analysis of TCM syndrome group,The inflammation level of patients with cold coagulation heart pulse syndrome was significantly higher than that of other syndrome types;Combined with the changes of cardiac function of the enrolled patients,The greater the aseptic inflammatory load,P <0.05,Patients with each syndrome group with increased inflammatory burden,Cardiac function were all significantly deteriorated,Among them,cold coagulation heart pulse syndrome patients are the most obvious;The incidence of in-stent restenosis was similar in all groups,No statistical difference: P> 0.05;Comparing the level of inflammation and cardiac function in the patients in the stent stenosis occurrence group and non-restenosis group,With relatively higher inflammation in the restenosis group than in the non-restenosis group P<0.05,And the cardiac function was lower than the non-restenotic group,P<0.05.ConclusionAfter PCI,it is related to the deterioration of cardiac function and restenosis in stents,with severe inflammation load and high incidence of restenosis;this study will provide beneficial experimental data for the treatment of coronary heart disease in Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
