Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Medical And Pension Services Combined With Old-age Care Services

The combination of medical and pension services organically integrates medical resources and pension resources,fills the defect of service "fault" between "medical" and "pension",is an active exploration and innovation of traditional old-age services,and is in line with the actual situation of China’s current population aging,with good development prospects.The number of rural elderly people is increasing,the traditional way of providing for the elderly will not be able to meet the basic pension needs of more elderly people,people to the stage of old age,physical function continues to decline,the dependence on medical resources is getting higher and higher,do a good job of "medical" and "pension" between the connection work,in order to meet the needs of the elderly pension at the same time,care for the elderly medical problems,enhance the happiness of the elderly in their old age,can effectively alleviate the pressure of population aging on society.This study takes Yindu District of Anyang City as an example,combined with the current development status of rural medical care combined with pension model in Yindu District of Anyang City,through investigation and analysis,corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the problems that arise in the investigation process.First,introduce the relevant background of this research and the current situation at home and abroad;second,introduce the three research methods of experience summary method,investigation research method and literature research method,define the basic concepts related to them,and introduce the relevant basic theories of this paper: shared development concept,demand hierarchy theory and collaborative governance.Third,comb the policy development of the combination of rural medical and pension services in the region,combine local realities,and comprehensively summarize the implementation and effectiveness of local rural areas;fourth,use the first-hand information obtained through questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the problems and explore the reasons for the problems;fifth,in view of the problems in the local rural medical and pension services,put forward corresponding countermeasures to facilitate the operation of rural medical and pension services in accordance with the normal trajectory and benign development in the vast rural areas.The study found that Yindu District of Anyang City has made great efforts to cope with the aging of the rural population,and actively promoted the "pilot" work of combining medical and nursing care with old-age services in Yindu District,and achieved remarkable results.However,in the local rural areas,in the process of development of medical and nursing care integrated pension services,there are practical problems such as insufficient publicity of policies related to the combination of medical and nursing care,lack of close integration of medical and nursing care,backward construction of the team of medical and nursing talents and lack of supervision and management,etc.It is urgent to combine the actual situation of rural areas in Yindu District of Anyang City,mobilize the role of the government,rural grassroots,hospitals and pension institutions and other diversified subjects to jointly help the development of rural medical and pension services.
