| Objective: Drug addicts are a special group in society who are both offenders and victims, and they suffer from poor health, negative emotions, and sleep disorders due to long-term drug use.In order to help drug addicts improve their health and return to society,we used three different interventions for drug addicts Baduanjin,Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(TMS),and Baduanjin combined with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and to investigate the effects of the rehabilitation. Methods: This study mainly used the experimental method,in which 48 male drug addicts were selected from the Wuhan Baiquan Compulsory Isolation Drug Treatment Center and divided into a control group,a TMS group,an exercise group and a combined group, with 12 people in each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment, the TMS group was given conventional drug treatment and transcranial magnetic stimulation twice a week, the exercise group was given conventional drug treatment and Baduanjin exercises for 40 minutes three times a week, and the combined group was given conventional drug treatment and transcranial magnetic stimulation twice a week and Baduanjin exercises for 40 minutes three times a week. The physical health test was performed at the 0th,4th,8th and 12th week, and the Addictive Memory Scale,Quality of Life for Drug Addicts,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale and Drug Craving Scale were filled in to evaluate the effect of intervention.Result: 1.There was no significant difference in the basic situation of drug addicts among each group(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.The addiction memory of the drug addicts in all three intervention groups improved significantly after the end of the intervention(P < 0.05),with the most significant improvement in the combined group, and the TMS group and the exercise group having similar effects;3.After the intervention, the scores of quality of life of the drug addicts in the three intervention groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05).The psychological function and social function were improved more in the TMS group, and the physical function and social function were improved more in the exercise group. The combined group showed significant improvement in psychological function, physical function, social function, symptoms and side effects.4.After the intervention, the sleep quality of the drug addicts in the three intervention groups was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the effect of the combined group was the fastest, while the effect of TMS group was similar to that of exercise group.5.After the intervention, the drug craving degree of the three intervention groups was significantly improved(P < 0.05).The TMS group had better effect in the early stage of intervention, the exercise group had better effect in the later stage of intervention, and the combined group had better effect in the whole intervention cycle.6.After the intervention, standing on one foot with eyes closed, selective reaction time and step test were significantly improved in the three intervention groups, while grip strength, longitudinal jump, vital capacity and sitting flexion were also significantly improved in the exercise group and the combined group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of the above studies,it was found that conventional drug treatment programs, although improving for the drug addicts, were slower to achieve results;TMS group, exercise group, and combined group all improved the level of addiction memory, quality of life, quality of sleep, drug craving, and physical health of the drug addicts;the TMS and the exercise each have their own focus on the improvement of drug addicts, but the overall improvement is similar. The combined program can combine the advantages of the transcranial magnetic program and the exercise program to improve the health of the drug addicts more comprehensively, and the final effect obtained is greater than that of the single intervention program. |
