China carrying out the Healthy China strategy nowadays,the medical system reform enters the key period.One of the most important contents of deepening the reform is to reform the performance manag ement,carrying out performance management with the characteristics of public hospitals.At the same time,with the increasing competition in the medical market,public hospitals should keep up with the development of the times and improve the level of mana gement.Performance management plays a key role in hospital management.Supported by the literature research method and the case analysis method,this study selects hospital M as the research object,aiming at a ppraisal of the past situation and the existence question of performance management system.According to the requirements of medical reform and the needs of hospital operation and management,Research on the practice of optimizing performance management based on RBRVS of Hospital M in Zhejiang is in need,as well asevaluatingthe effect.This study,first andforemost,combines the relevant theories and methods of performance management,comparing and analyzing the various countries and regions of public hospitals in different historical stages to adop t different characteristics of the performance evaluation program,the theory of RBRVS,which is the mainly one.Secondly,this study introduces the present situation and problems of performance management in hospital M.Then,according to the existing prob lems and the requirements of the times,the study optimizes the public hospital performance management based on RBRVS,evaluating the effect in hospital M.This study is benefit for optimizing the performance management system of hospital M,in order to provide reference and experience for other similar hospitals to improve the performance management. |
