Objective:To explore the change track of nutritional level in three stages of colorectal cancer(CRC)enterostomy patients, analyze the influencing factors, and explore the relationship between nutritional level in three stages and negative emotion, prognostic nutritional index, and body index,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical enterostomy patients to adopt personalized nutritional care in the perioperative period. Methods:A total of 9 6 patients who underwent enterostomy in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College,Anhui Province from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected for a follow-up survey before surgery,7 days after surgery and 3 0 days after surgery.Demographic,disease-related and hospitalization data of patients were investigated through the general situation questionnaire.Patients are currently assessed Nutritional scores by Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA)and Negative Affect Schedule(NAS).Body Massindex(BMI)and Prognostic Nutritional Index(PNI)were evaluated using prognostic nutritional index.Laboratory data(red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelets, serum albumin, etc.)were recorded to assess nutrient levels.SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis, descriptive analysis of nutritional scores in different stages of perioperative period, and univariate analysis.Repeated measure variance analysis was used to compare the changes of MNA,NAS,PNI and BMI at three time periods.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between MNA and NAS,PNI and BMI of patients at three time periods.Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of nutrition level in three time periods.Results:1.A total of 96 patients were included in this study.According to the results of MNA score, preoperative nutritional score was(23.78±2.73),seven days after surgery was(14.64±3.07),and 30 days after surgery was(21.78±3.73).But it’s still not back to pre-op levels.2.Univariate analysis showed that:high age,low education level, female patients and ileostomy were factors influencing the nutritional level of enterostomy patients.3.Linear regression analysis showed that nutritional scores of perioperative enterostomy patients fluctuated;Nutrition scores were negatively correlated with negative emotions and positively correlated with body mass index and PNI scores. Conclusion:The nutrition level of patients with colorectal cancer enterostomy in the three periods showed a decreasing trend, and the nutrition score increased at 3 0 days after surgery. The developmental trajectory of nutrient level is dynamic.MNA,PNI and BMI showed a good consistency in the nutritional status of patients with colorectal cancer. The nutritional factors were different in different stages of the perioperative period of colorectal cancer enterostomy.Corresponding targeted intervention measures should be proposed according to different stages.
