Based On Data Mining,the Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Pulmonary Nodules Were Summarized

Objective:Through retrospective study,based on data mining technology,the law of medicine use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodules by Professor Shi Li was sorted out,and the clinical experience of clinical treatment of pulmonary nodules by Professor Shi Li was preliminarily summarized,provided ideas and methods for the treatment of pulmonary nodules by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)was used to collect and record the case data of Professor Shi Li’s TCM treatment of pulmonary nodules from December 2018 to December 2021.Through analysis,the drug used rules of Professor Shi Li in the treatment of pulmonary nodules with traditional Chinese medicine were obtained,including drug frequency statistics,association rules-based prescription law analysis and entropy clustering prescription law analysis.Results: A total of 170 medical records were collected in this study,including 513 prescriptions of addition and subtraction,and the following conclusions were drawn through analysis:(1)There were 59 males and 111 females,the ratio of males to females was about 1:1.9,the male was less than the female.(2)The age range was 23 to 81 years old,mainly concentrated in 41 to 70 years old,accounting for 80% of the total number of people;(3)There were 15 types of syndrome involved in the study,and the two with the highest frequency were Yang deficiency and liver stagnation,and deficiency of liver Yin and phlegm and blood stasis,accounting for 27.68% and 24.76% respectively.(4)A total of 232 drugs were involved in this study,and the top 15 drugs with the highest frequency were coix seed,paeoniae radix alba,glycyrrhiza,carapax trionycis,trichosanthes,myrrha,frankincense,hoelen,fructus alpinae oxyphyllae,dried ginger,atractylodes macrocephala,ephedra herb,radix clematidis,Thunberg fritillary bulb and semen ziziphi spinosae.The four qi were mainly cold(3436 times,35.55%)and warm(3152 times,32.61%),followed by flat(2223 times,23.00%).Bitter(5057 times,32.56%)and sweet(4529 times,29.16%)were the main five flavors,followed by octingal(3713times,23.91%).Liver channel(4589 times,18.10%)was the main channel,followed by spleen channel(4050 times,15.98%)and lung channel(3880 times,15.30%).(5)According to the formula formation rule of association rules and Professor Shi Li’s medication experience,we can find that the commonly used drug pairs include:(1)paeoniae radix alba-coix seed;(2)carapax trionycis-coix seed;trichosanthes-paeoniae radix alba;(4)myrrha-frankincense;(6)Based on complex system entropy cluster analysis,18 core medication patterns were found.After unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis,9 new formula combinations were selected,and 5 of them were confirmed to be retained,namely:(1)paeoniae radix alba-tangerine peel-red paeony root-pinellia ternata;(2)wormwood-hematite-malt-ageratum-cardamom-talcum;(3)bamboo shavings-fructus aurantii-artemisia annua-ligusticum chuanxiong hort-safflower;(4)phellodendri chinensis cortex-Chinese aconite-asarum sieboldii-degelatined deer-horn-cassia twig;(5)rehmannia glutinosa-herba agrimoniae-platycodon grandiflorum-radix glycyrrhizae preparate-poria cocos-toosendan fructus-atractylodes macrocephala.Conclusion: Through this study,professor Shi Li’s formula formulation and clinical experience in the treatment of pulmonary nodules with traditional Chinese medicine were preliminarily summarized,and it was concluded that the disease of pulmonary nodules was mainly caused by deficiency,and the disease was located in the lung and closely related to the liver and spleen.According to the theories of "when lung diseases occurs,it will spread to the liver,so the qi of the liver should be reinforced before it is affected" and "Yang to transform Qi,Yin to form",etc.Therefore,the common clinical witness types are Yang deficiency and liver stagnation,phlegm and blood stasis interlocking syndrome and liver Yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis interlocking syndrome.The treatment is based on the treatment principle of eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi,and the formulation principle of "cutting the hard,dispersing the knot,attacking the remaining,and benefiting the damaged".The combination of attack and tonifying,examining the cause of treatment,and regulating the qi and soothing the liver,warming the Yang and dispersing the qi,strengthening the spleen and tonifying the deficiency,clearing the diffusion,purging the turbidification and detoxification,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis and so on,can help to eliminate the accumulation and dispersing the knot,thereby improving the microenvironment suitable for the growth of pulmonary nodules.
