Data Mining-based Analysis Of Professor Zhao Weimin’s Dosing Patterns In The Treatment Of Dyslipidemia

1.Purpose of the studyTo collect the case data of Professor Zhao Weimin’s treatment of dyslipidemia,use the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform system,analyze the evidence type and medication of the included cases,summarize the mentor’s treatment of this disease,present the mentor’s academic ideas in the form of data,and develop ideas and lay the foundation for future clinical work.2.Research methodFrom November 2021 to December 2022,the case data of patients with dyslipidemia who attended Prof.Zhao Weimin’s clinic were collected,and the information of the cases that met the criteria was entered into an Excel table for standardization,and the standardized case data were analyzed using the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform to summarize the mentor’s medication pattern in treating dyslipidemia.3.Study resultsThis study included 120 cases of dyslipidemia that met the criteria,with 209 prescriptions.The analysis revealed that the age of the patients was mainly concentrated in the age range of 20-80 years,with the majority aged 50-70 years,in line with the predominantly middle-aged and elderly characteristics of the disease.The most commonly used drugs in the treatment of dyslipidaemia by Professor Zhao Weimin were Chen Pi,Scutellaria baicalensis,Hou Pu,Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Huang Lian,Hawthorn,Safflower,Temperate Bamboo Leaf,Acorus calamus,Chuan Xiong,Citrus aurantium,Peony Bark,Yu Jin,and Roasted Licorice;the medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold and flat,and less cool and hot;the medicinal tastes were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,followed by sour and light,and less salty.The core pairs are Chai Hu-Bai Shao,Chen Pi-Hou Pu,Citrus Aurantium-Chuan Xiong,Shi Calamus-Yu Jin,Da Gao Pi-Chicken Blood Vine,San Qi-Hawthorn,etc.After clustering analysis,the following four drug combinations were obtained:(1)Xiang Hu,Citrus Aurantium,Chuan Xiong,Bai Shao,Chai Hu,Hou Pu,Chen Pi,Scutellariae,Huang Lian(ii)Shou Wu Vine,Lily,Yuan Zhi,Dragon Bone,Oyster;(iii)Huang Bai,Zhi Mu,Ge Ge Gen,Tu Fu Ling,Bitter Ginseng;(iv)Ginger,Poria,Panax notoginseng,Hawthorn.The core herbs used by the guide to treat this disease are: Chen Pi,Chai Hu,Scutellaria,Bai Shao,Hou Pu and Huang Lian.4.Conclusion of the studyThrough the above research method,after data mining of the instructor’s treatment of dyslipidemia,it was concluded that the instructor’s treatment of this disease is mostly based on the liver and spleen theory of treatment,believing that the onset of dyslipidemia is mostly based on liver depression and spleen deficiency,with phlegm and blood stasis as the symptoms.
