Objective:Through data mining and statistical analysis of the case information of patients with chronic cholecystitis treated by Professor Li Ji,we shall explore the prescription and medication patterns of the mentor in treating chronic cholecystitis and provide reference ideas for the future treatment of this disease. Methods:Outpatient cases of chronic cholecystitis patients treated by Professor Li Ji from January 2017 to December 2022 were collected.104 patients met the inclusion criteria,35 were male and 69 were female, with a male to female ratio of approximately 1:2.The age of onset was mainly concentrated between30-49 years old, with a median age of 43 years old.The patient records and prescription data were standardized and an Excel database was established. With the help of the Heritage Computing Platform V3.0,the prescription data were statistically analyzed, including basic information analysis, symptom analysis, evidence analysis and prescription analysis.Results:1.The more frequent symptoms were mainly right hypochondriac pain, loose stools, fatigue, dry mouth, bitter mouth and good anger, with right hypochondriac pain being the most frequent, with a frequency of 73.08%;the tongue was mostly pale fat tongue, pale red tongue and pale tongue, and the pulse was mostly string thin pulse and string pulse;the more frequent types of symptoms were mainly liver depression and spleen deficiency, accounting for46.15%,followed by liver and gall bladder qi stagnation.2.A total of 27 herbal medicines were used at least 10 times in the prescription, accounting for 88.47% of the total frequency. The top 10(frequency ≥ 50%)herbs were roasted licorice,Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Bai Zhu,Chen Pi,Chuan Xiong,Fu Ling,Citrus Aurantium,Sha Ren,and Xiang Shen.3.The efficacy of the drugs used in the prescriptions were mainly for tonifying deficiency, regulating qi,invigorating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis, inducing diuresis, and relieving superficiality, with the largest number of drugs for tonifying deficiency, accounting for 28.08%,of which tonifying qi was the first, accounting for 69.21%.4.The drugs used in the prescription are most warm and cold in nature, followed by flat. The herbal flavours involved are most bitter, followed by pungent and sweet. The drugs belong to the spleen meridian, lung meridian, stomach meridian, liver meridian and heart meridian.5.Statistical analysis by the heritage computing platform yielded 56 drug patterns and 76 association rules. The top 3 two-drug combinations(with licorice removed)were: Chai Hu,Bai Shao;Chai Hu,Bai Zhu;Bai Shao,Bai Zhu.The top 3 three-herb combinations(excluding Glycyrrhiza glabra)were:Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Bai Zhu;Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Chen Pi;Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Chuan Xiong. The top 3 confidence rules for the association of two herbs(excluding licorice)are: Citrus Aurantium → Radix Bupleurum;Rhizoma Ligusticum Chuanxiong → Radix Bupleurum;Radix Paeoniae Alba →Radix Bupleurum. The top 3 association rules(excluding Glycyrrhiza glabra)were: Bai Shao,Hovenia shell → Chai Hu;Chen Pi,Chuanxiong rhizome →Chai Hu;Bai Shao,Chuanxiong rhizome → Chai Hu.6.Cluster analysis yielded a total of 6 groups of prescriptions: Group 1:Zedaxia,roasted licorice, jiao gardenia,Poria,Yin Chen,Chai Hu,Citrus aurantium,Bai Shao;Group 2: Huang Lian,Bai Zhu,Chai Hu,Bai Shao, roasted licorice,Citrus aurantium,Ginseng,Semen;Group 3: Chen Pi,Chuanxiong,Chai Hu,roasted licorice,Bai Shao,Citrus aurantium,Bai Zhu,Xiang Xiang Fu;Group 4: roasted licorice,Bai Zhu,Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Citrus aurantium,Angelica sinensis,Poria,Chen Pi;Group 5: Bai Shao,Roasted Glycyrrhiza,Bai Zhu,Chai Hu,Chen Pi,Fu Ling,Sha Ren,Han Xia;Group 6: Roasted Glycyrrhiza,Chuan Xiong,Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Chen Pi,Bai Zhu,Fu Ling,Sour Jujube.Conclusion:1.According to the statistics of the calculation platform, the efficacy of the herbs selected by Professor Li Ji for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis are mainly in the categories of tonifying deficiency, regulating qi,invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and diuresis and dampness. The medicinal properties of the drugs are mainly warm, cold and flat, and the taste of the drugs is often bitter, pungent and sweet, and the selected herbs mainly enter the spleen, lung, liver and stomach meridians.2.According to the statistics of the calculation platform, the herbs commonly used by Professor Li Ji for treating chronic cholecystitis are,in order, roasted licorice,Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Bai Zhu,Chen Pi,Chuan Xiong and Fu Ling.3.According to the statistics of the calculation platform,Professor Li Ji’s treatment of chronic cholecystitis is based on a combination of cold and warm, with warmth being the mainstay, bitter and pungent in combination, and clear and complementary, with the main treatment principle of draining the liver and strengthening the spleen, moving Qi and relieving pain.4.According to the statistics of the calculation platform,Professor Li Ji chose Chai Hu Dredging the Liver with Citrus Aurantium and Atractylodes to treat liver-depression and qi stagnation combined with liver-spleen and liver-stomach disharmony;Prosperity San with the addition of Citrus Aurantium and Chen Pi to treat liver-depression and spleen deficiency;Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi combined with Chai Shao Liu Jun Zi with the addition of Ginseng and Mu Xiang to treat liver-depression and spleen deficiency;Chai Hu Dredging the Liver combined with Sour Jujube Soup with the addition of Atractylodes and the addition of Citrus Aurantium to treat liver-depression and qi stagnation combined with Citrus Aurantium,Incense and Zhi Mu to treat liver-depression and spleen deficiency.Liver stagnation with Qi stagnation and insomnia.
