Objective:Through the study of TCM syndrome elements in 261 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,the distribution of TCM syndrome elements and the correlation between the syndrome elements and serum total IgE and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(Fe NO)were explored,and the main symptom types were summarized,which provided new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:From march 2020 to june 2022,the lung disease treatment area of The 3rdof affiliated hospital of Chang Chun University of Chinese Medicine and the outpatient clinic of professor Zhao Dongkai were collected,and the cases diagnosed as acute exacerbations of bronchial asthma were diagnosed,and the basic information,the four examinations data,serum total IgE,and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(Fe NO)were collected,and the main elements were extracted according to the formulated syndrome elements questionnaire,and the correlation between the syndrome elements and serum total IgE and Fe NO was statistically summarized,and the main symptom types were summarized.Results:1 Men accounted for 41.4%and women 58.6%.The age range was 20-79 years old,with 60-69 years old(32.18%)accounting for the highest proportion.The course of disease ranged from 3 days to 60 years,with 1-5 years(31.80%)accounting for the highest proportion.In the severity of the condition,light account for the highest proportion is66.67%.The onset season was highest in autumn,accounting for 31.80%,and there were significant differences compared with other seasons(P<0.05).2 The distribution of TCM syndrome elements:the basic disease position syndrome elements was in the lung(100%),the combined disease position syndrome elements was in the biao(35.25%),the spleen(11.11%)accounted for a relatively high proportion,and the proportion of disease position syndrome elements are qi stagnation(96.93%),phlegm rheum(95.79%),cold(59.39%),fire(heat)(45.59%),wind(35.25%),and qi deficiency(19.16%)was relatively high.There were no significant differences in gender,age and season(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the disease course between the heart and kidney of the disease position(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other disease position syndrome elements and the disease character syndrome elements(P>0.05).3 The proportion of patients with serum total IgE values<100(IU/ml)and≥100(IU/ml)was 45.21%and 54.79%respectively.Fe NO values<24ppb,25-50ppb,>50ppb and patients who could not do this test accounted for 40.61%,22.61%,25.29%and 11.49%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the biao of the syndrome elements and the secrum total IgE of the remaining elements(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the wind and cold of the disease and the rest of the evidence(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in serum total IgE between the other disease positions syndrome elements and disease character syndrome elements(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the Fe NO values of the disease positions syndrome elements biao and the rest of the positions syndrome elements(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the Fe NO values of the wind factors and the rest of the tests(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the Fe NO values between the other disease position syndrome elements and the disease character syndrome elements(P>0.05).4 According to the combination of evidence,the main TCM symptom types during the acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were the syndrome of wind and cold invade biao and cold-phlegm obstructing the lung(26.05%);the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung(23.37%);the syndrome of cold-phlegm obstructing the lung(15.71%);the syndrome of liver failing to govern free activity and dysfunction of lung qi(8.81%);the syndrome of external contraction with wind and chill,the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung(8.05%).Conclusion:1 The distribution of TCM syndrome elements during the acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma is summarized as follows:the basic disease position syndrome elements is in the lungs,the combined disease position syndrome elements is in the biao and the spleen accounts for relatively high,and the disease position syndrome elements is mainly qi stagnation,phlegm rheum,cold,fire(heat),wind and qi deficiency.2 The increase of serum total IgE is tends to appear wind,cold,and biao.The increase of Fe NO is tends to appear wind and biao.3 The syndrome of wind and cold invade biao and cold-phlegm obstructing the lung(26.05%);the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung(23.37%);the syndrome of cold-phlegm obstructing the lung(15.71%);the syndrome of liver failing to govern free activity and dysfunction of lung qi(8.81%);the syndrome of external contraction with wind and chill,the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung(8.05%).
