Objective: To observe the effectiveness of the treatment of tendon and bone setting in clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: According to the admission criteria,72 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy diagnosed in the division of bone at the subsidiary clinic of Changchun University of TCM from DEC 2021 to OCT 2022 was categorized into 36 in the therapy cohort(treatment of tendons and bones)and 36 in the check cohort(conventional finger point tapping)at random.Using the simplified McGill pain questionnaire, the pain degree of the pain degree of the two groups was scored prior to and subsequent to therapy. The signs, symptom, manual faculties, job and capacity for survival were measured using the Tajung Jing Kiu Cervical Spondylosis Gauge score of 20 for patients in both categories during the pre-and post-treatment phase. The obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS21.0.Results:1.After treatment, the simplified McGill points in was lower in both sets than that prior to therapy, and the ratings in the case of the therapy versus the contact subjects were statistically superior(P < 0.05).2.After treatment, the scores of symptoms scale of cervical spondylosis Tanaka in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,Total effective rate was 94.44%,with 7 cure and 16 efficacy cases,11 valid ones and 2 invalid ones in the therapeutic category. In the contrast side,3 cures were detected,9 obvious validity cases,19 validity cases, and 5 invalidity cases, and the overall validity rate was 86.11%.There was a statistically significant superiority of the healing cohort over the controller team(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Both tendon-regulating and bone-setting methods and routine finger-acupuncturing methods can improve the patients with neuropathic cervical spondylosis, and can provide relief of the painful condition with valid complaint score, signs, functions and work and life abilities of patients. The data analysis shows that the method of treating tendons and setting bones is better.2.The clinical total effective rate of the tendon-treating and bone-setting therapy group is higher than that of the conventional finger-acupoint therapy group and better than that of the conventional finger-acupoint therapy. This manipulation is effective and worthy of clinical application.
