Objective: The aim of this topic is to carry out a clinical study of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine stagnation treatment in patients with hydrothermal epicondylitis.By contrast with conventional acupuncture, the clinical effectiveness and advantages of combining the two methods are discussed. To provide more effective treatment for TCM.Methods: In 72 patients who met the criteria, the patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number method. Each group was 36.Treatment group of 36 cases with acupuncture with Chinese medicine collapse treatment, acupuncture with Chinese medicine collapse once a day, each patient first performed 30 minutes of Chinese medicine collapse treatment, after 30 minutes of acupuncture treatment, continuous treatment 10 times. In the control group,36 cases were treated with common acupuncture, once a day,for30 minutes each, and 10 consecutive treatments.10 treatment sessions for 1 treatment for 1treatment.At the end of each course, the patient is instructed to make a record of the efficacy evaluation. Before and after treatment,VAS pain visual analog scale and improved An and Morrey elbow joint function score questionnaire were used as indicators of efficacy.Data analysis using SPSS25.0.Results:1.The treatment group is 90.91% efficient, the control group is 78.13% efficient,P <0.05,statistically significant.2.After VAS visual simulation, the elbow pain was significantly reduced after one course of treatment in two groups,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.3.Morrey elbow joint function score found that two groups of patients treated a course of treatment compared with Morrey elbow joint function score group before treatment, elbow joint function improved,P < 0.05,has statistical significance. After one course of treatment, the two groups compared the elbow joint function of the treatment group better than the control group,P < 0.05,has statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Both methods are effective for the treatment of superior condylitis of the humerus, and the total efficiency of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine is better than that of conventional acupuncture.2.Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine stagnation is effective in reducing elbow pain, relieving clinical symptoms and improving elbow function.
