| Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of graphene warming acupuncture point patches in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(cold clotting and blood stasis type)with a view to providing a reliable basis for clinical practice. Methods: Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea(cold clotting and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group used graphene warming acupuncture point paste and the control group used placebo acupuncture point paste, both groups started applying the paste 7 days before menstruation, once a day for 5 hours each time, for 10 days, and treated for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles, the CMSS score,VAS score and Chinese medicine symptom score were observed before and after treatment, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze the data and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of graphene warming acupuncture point paste in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold clotting and blood stasis type.Results:1.Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in age, duration of illness, visual analogue of pain(VAS)scores,COX Menstrual Pain Symptom Scale(CMSS)scores and CMSS scores between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.There was a difference in intra-group improvement in VAS,CMSS and TCM symptoms in the treatment group(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the control group in the within-group comparison of VAS,CMSS and Chinese medicine symptoms scores, indicating no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4.For the overall efficacy comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21%;the total effective rate of the control group was 31.03%,indicating a significant difference in efficacy comparison(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Graphene Warming Acupuncture Point Patch can effectively treat primary dysmenorrhea caused by cold clotting and blood stasis. |
