Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy of moxibustion treatment combined with massage therapy through randomized clinical control trial,in order to propose an effective and more sustainable method for clinical treatment, and to put forward new research ideas and possibilities for future clinical treatment. Methods: This study adopted a randomized controlled trial design, with patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation,72 patients who met CRF criteria in our hospital, who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and compared in a ratio of 1:1.The treatment plan used in the trial group is moxibustion and umbilical therapy combined with massage manipulation, and the treatment plan used in the control group is electrical stimulation combined with exercise training treatment. Before treatment, after treatment and during the third follow-up,we evaluated the rectus muscle, and using SPSS21.0 to visual analog pain score(visualana-loguescale,VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),Chinese medicine syndrome scale and EPDS scale,SAS measurement data,in order to observe 1 week for 1 course of treatment, four course of cure.bear fruit:1.Comparison of basic data: After comparison, there was no statistically significant difference in age, birth frequency,BMI and the last day of pregnancy(P> 0.05).2.In the comparison of separation spacing of rectus abdominis(IRD),the change of IRD at 3cm was not significant before and after treatment, but the changes in the two groups decreased significantly after cure, and the degree of reduction was not different(P> 0.05),so the difference between the two groups had no statistical value.3.Comparison of VAS for low back pain: The VAS score of low back pain decreased significantly(P <0.05),and the score also decreased at follow-up,and the decline in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. These changes had significant statistical value.4.Comparison of ODI scores: Through clinical comparison, the ODI scores of low back pain were significantly lower(P> 0.05),and the score of the clinical treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group, indicating that the two groups were very different between each other.5.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: there was no significant difference in the scores before treatment between the two groups(P> 0.05),but the scores in the clinical treatment group significantly decreased(P <0.05),while the scores showed no significant difference in the control group.Statistically significant when compared between the two groups(P <0.05).6.Comparison of EPDS scores for postpartum depression: compared with before treatment, the evaluation after treatment in both groups decreased significantly, and the decline was greater in the clinical treatment group. In addition, the scores of both groups decreased at follow-up compared to before treatment, and the decrease was statistically significant(P <0.05)7.Comparison of the self-rating anxiety SAS score: The self-rating anxiety of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P> 0.05),and the score after cure was clearly smaller than that of the control group, which proved that the clinical treatment effect was prominent and the gap between the two groups had more statistical significance. Conclusion: After the treatment of umbilical therapy and massage, the symptoms of postpartum rectus abdominis separation have been significantly improved, which can not only effectively shorten the separation distance, but also effectively relieve the problems of low back pain, dysfunction, traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and psychological state in postpartum rectus abdominis patients.
