Objective:The rectus abdominis separation(Diastasis rectic abdominis,DRA)is common in women during pregnancy and after childbirth, and the persistence of DRA leads to a series of problems such as low back pain, abdominal wall hernia and pelvic floor dysfunction. In this study, neuromuscular electrical stimulation(Neuro Muscular Electrical Stimulation,NMES)and myofascial manipulation(Fascial Manipulation,FM)and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization(Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization,DNS)were used to explore whether the combination of postpartum female DRA was better than conventional treatment.Study method:20 postpartum women who met the inclusion criteria between June 21,2022 and August 31,2022 were selected and randomized into two groups of 10 each.Group A,receive NMES with FM;combination group B,adding DNS training therapy to group A.All subjects will observe, contrast, and analyze changes in DRA,abdominal circumference, pelvic floor muscle muscle strength score, pelvic belt pain VAS score, and after 6 weeks of intervention after 6 weeks of intervention.experimental result:1.Inter-rectus Distance(IRD)between the two postpartum women(P> 0.05).After 3 weeks of intervention, from the difference of efficacy IRD,group B was better than group A of conventional treatment group(P <0.05);the response rate of IRD in the two postpartum groups,no difference after 3 weeks of intervention(P> 0.05);after 6 weeks of intervention(P <0.05).2.After 3 weeks of intervention, the recovery effect of DRA was better than that of DRA(P <0.05),and the recovery effect of maternal DRA was better than that of birth twice(P <0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).After 3weeks of intervention, the abdominal circumference decreased in both groups.According to the difference of efficacy, group B was better than control group A(P<0.05);group B was better than control group A,and the difference was very significant(P <0.01)4.The total pelvic floor muscle strength score was compared between the two postpartum women(P> 0.05).After 3 weeks and 6 weeks of intervention, the total score of pelvic floor muscle strength in both groups decreased. From the difference of total pelvic floor muscle strength score, group B was better than group A of conventional treatment group, and the difference was very significant(P <0.01);5.The VAS scores were not significant(P> 0.05).After 3 weeks of intervention, the VAS score of pain around pelvic belt decreased in both groups. From the difference of efficacy, experimental group B was better than control group A after 3weeks of intervention(P <0.05),and experimental group B was better than control group A after 6 weeks of intervention, and the difference was very significant(P<0.01).6.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P> 0.05).After 3 weeks of intervention, the scores of the postpartum depression scale in both groups decreased.According to the difference of the efficacy postpartum depression scale, group B was better than the control group A after 3weeks of intervention, but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and group B was better than the control group A after 6 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).research conclusion:1.For two groups of postpartum women after 6 weeks of intervention treatment, whether after 3 weeks or 6 weeks later, conventional therapy and combination therapy can significantly improve postpartum DRA and waist circumference, and the longer the intervention time, the effect of the more obvious, and combined treatment group B group for postpartum women DRA and waist circumference treatment effect is significantly better than the conventional treatment group group A.The efficacy of postpartum women is better than that of caesarean section, and the efficacy of one postpartum woman is better than that of two postpartum women.2.After 6 weeks of intervention in both postpartum women, either after 3 weeks or 6 weeks, they increased pelvic floor muscle strength scores, decreased VAS of pain around the pelvic band, and increased postpartum depression scores, and the efficacy of combined therapy group B was better than that of conventional therapy group A.3.Compared with the two groups of postpartum women treatment, combination treatment group B group of indicators is better than conventional treatment group group A,and after 6 weeks, the difference is more significant, that DNS training for DRA postpartum period, abdominal circumference, pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic pain, postpartum depression have improved, showing the longer the training time the better the effect.
