Objective:This study investigated the level of kinesiophobia in elderly patients with chronic pain in Changchun community, explored its influencing factors, and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures, aiming to improve the disease cognition level of elderly patients with chronic pain in the community and promote the active exercise of elderly patients with chronic pain in the community. Methods: In this study,a convenient sampling method was used to select all elderly patients with chronic pain who met the diagnostic inclusion and exclusion criteria in four communities in the Dongfang Square Community Health Service Center of Changchun Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research for questionnaire survey, including general information questionnaire, kinesiophobia score questionnaire, anxiety self-assessment questionnaire, general self-efficacy questionnaire.Statistical analysis was performed using data analysis software SPSS 27.0,and measurement data were described by mean ± standard deviation(x±s).Independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance were used to compare the differences in the scores of kinesiophobia in elderly patients with chronic pain in the community.Pearson analysis was used to explore the correlation between kinesiophobia score, anxiety score, general self-efficacy score and visual analogue score in elderly patients with chronic pain in community.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of kinesiophobia in elderly patients with chronic pain in the community.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:320 questionnaires were distributed, all recovered and sorted out,and 300 valid questionnaires were finally determined, with an effective rate of 93.8%.1.The score of kinesiophobia in elderly patients with chronic pain in Changchun community was(42.50±4.80).2.T test and one-way analysis of variance were used to compare the differences in kinesiophobia scores among elderly patients with chronic pain with different demographic factors and pain characteristics. The results of the survey showed that the kinesiophobia scores of elderly patients with chronic pain in Changchun community were statistically significant in terms of gender, age, education level, marital status, pain frequency, residence status, personal monthly income, whether they had participated in community-related health activities, the number of weekly physical exercise activities, and the degree of pain(P < 0.05).3.Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between kinesiophobia and anxiety score in elderly patients with chronic pain in the community(r= 0.353,P < 0.01).It was negatively correlated with general self-efficacy(r =-0.363,P <0.01).There was a positive correlation between the scores of visual analogue scale(r =0.336,P < 0.01).4.Multivariate analysis showed that gender, age, education level, marital status, participation in community-related health activities, number of weekly physical exercise activities, degree of pain, and general self-efficacy were the influencing factors of kinesiophobia in elderly patients with chronic pain in the community.According to the order of importance, they were : whether to participate in community-related health activities, pain degree, gender, number of weekly physical exercise activities, age, marital status, education level, general self-efficacy,F=222.168,P=0.000.Conclusion:1.The kinesiophobia score of elderly patients with chronic pain in the community was(42.50±4.80),which was above the middle level.2.The kinesiophobia score of elderly patients with chronic pain in the community is positively correlated with anxiety score and visual analogue score, and negatively correlated with general self-efficacy score.3.The influencing factors of kinesiophobia in elderly patients with chronic pain in the community are sorted according to their importance : whether they have participated in community-related health activities, anxiety level, gender, number of weekly physical exercise activities, age, marital status, education level, general self-efficacy.
