Study On The Effect Of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined With Herbal Fumigation On The Paralysis Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Extinction

Objective: Based on the theory of collateral disease,this study observed the clinical efficacy of thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of diabetes arthralgia syndrome,in order to find a safe and effective treatment method.Methods: From October 2021 to December 2022,117 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of Xiaoke Bi syndrome were randomly divided into three groups,39 cases in each group.On the basis of routine medical treatment,thunder fire moxibustion,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation were given respectively.After 10 days of intervention,the Toronto clinical scoring system score,type 2 diabetes quality of life revised scale score,TCM syndrome score and effective rate were observed SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data among the three groups : There was no significant difference in general data among the three groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison between the three groups before and after the intervention: there was no statistical difference in the scores of each scale before the intervention in th e three groups(P > 0.05).The Toronto Clinical Scoring System scores of the three groups after the intervention were 6.00(4.00,8.00),6.00(5.00,9.00),4.00(3.00,7.00),Revised Quality of Life in Type 2 Diabetes Scale scores of(155.24±12.47),(145.97±13.09),(164.05±10.03),and TCM evidence points of 12.00(8.75,15.00),13.00(10.00,15.00),and 7.00(6.00,8.00),which were statistically different compared to pre-inter vention(P < 0.05).There was a statistical difference(P < 0.05)between the three g roups for a two-way comparison after the intervention.3.Comparison within the three groups : There were statistically significant differences in the Toronto clinical scoring system score,type 2 diabetes quality of life revised scale score,and TCM syndrome score within the three groups(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of effective rate : The effective rates of thunder-fire moxibustion group,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group and combined group were 89.47 %,84.61 %and 91.89 % respectively,and there were statistical differences between the two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The three intervention schemes can reduce the Toronto clinical scoring system score,type 2 diabetes quality of life revised scale score and TCM syndrome score of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of diabetes arthralgia syndrome.2.The combined group is safe and effective in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of diabetes arthralgia syndrome,and is most effective in improving the symptoms of limb pain,numbness and fatigue,and is effective in improving the symptoms of mental fatigue and shortness of breath.3.This study verifies that under the guidance of collateral disease theory,thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is safe and effective in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes arthralgia syndrome,and clarifies the value and advantages of this treatment plan,and provides theoretical reference for clinical treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes arthralgia syndrome.
