| Objective: This topic mainly takes the patients with neurotic tinnitus(qi stasis and blood stasis type)as the object of observation,and gives the treatment of lightning fire moxibustion combined with pricking collages and bloodletting,and compares it with routine acupuncture,objectively assess the clinical safety and efficacy of the combination of both methods,discusses the clinical effect after treatment,and provides patients with a treatment program with small side effects,good efficacy and easy implementation,relieve patients’ suffering and burden and improve their quality of life.Methods: Seventy-two patients with neurotic tinnitus(qi stasis and blood stasis type)were recruited for the purpose of this experiment.All patients were admitted from November 2021 to December 2022 in the the acupuncture and moxibustion Department and Otolaryngology at Changchun University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.First,72 patients were stochastic assigned to two groups.that is,Thirty-six patients in the treatment group received thunderstorm moxibustion in combination with puncture and bloodletting therapy,and 36 patients in the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment.During the treatment,a total of 9 cases fell off due to various raw materials,including 4 cases in the treatment group.One of the subjects withdrew due to a business trip and could not adhere to the treatment.One of them withdrew due to gradual fear of puncture and bloodletting in the follow-up treatment;the other two also failed to fully participate for personal reasons during the experiment;The control group declined by 5 cases,and all of them could not fully participate in the experiment due to their own reasons.Finally,32 patients were included in the treatment group and 31 patients in the control group.The treatment was performed 6 times a week for 3 weeks in total.Disability Scale(THI),Tinnitus Severity Scale,and Hamilton Hamilton Anxiety Scale for tinnitus were used to assess and analyze the two groups of patients pre-and post treatment.Pre-and post-treatment tinnitus improvement was evaluated.A database was developed and statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 27.0 software.Results:(1)The score of The tinnitus handicap scale(THI)in both groups was significantly reduced at the end of the total treatment course compared to before treatment(P< 0.05),and the thund-fire moxibustion combined with pricking and bloodletting therapy group was significantly decreased compared with the body acupuncture group(P< 0.05);(2)The tinnitus severity scale was significantly higher in both groups at the end of the total treatment course compared with before treatment.(P< 0.05),and that improvement was more apparent in this group of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture and bloodletting(P< 0.05);(3)By the end of the session,both groups of tinnitus patients had significantly lower Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores than before treatment(P< 0.05),and the thunder fire moxibustion combined with puncture and bloodletting therapy group was more significant in relieving anxiety than the body acupuncture group(P < 0.05);(4)At the end of the whole treatment course,the total effective rate of moxibustion combined with acupuncture and bleeding was 90.63%.The body acupuncture group was83.87%,significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with bloodlet therapy can increases scores on tinnitus disability scale(THI),tinnitus Severity Scale(THI)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and anxiety of patients with God tinnitus of Qi stasis and blood stasis type.It has the characteristics of quick effect,significant effect,little pain,safety and no adverse reactions,and is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment.Therefore,the treatment of nerve tinnitus of Qi stagnation and blood stasis with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with pricking collages and bloodletting therapy is remarkable and deserves further popularization. |
