Analysis Of The Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Under Daytime Mode

Objective: In laparoscopic cholecystectomy,patients were treated with daytime mod e laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional mode laparoscopic cholecystectomy respectively,and the postoperative related indexes of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical practical value of daytime mode laparoscopic cholecystecto my.To provide reference for the selection of operation mode for patients with benig n gallbladder diseases.Methods: Strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,162 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Department of Hepatobiliary surgery of Wuhu Hospital affiliated to East China normal University(Wuhu second people’s Hospital)from October 2020 to June 2022 were prospectively selected.82 cases in daytime group and 80 cases in traditional group.The statistical differences of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,total bilirubin,operative complications,readmission,postoperative satisfaction,length of stay,hospitalization cost and VAS score were compared and analyzed,and the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy under daytime operation mode was analyzed.Results:In this study,there was no significant difference in sex,age,height,weight,BMI,ASA grade,smoking history and other general data between the two groups.T he operation was completed successfully in daytime laparoscopic cholecystectomy g roup and traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy group,but there was no significa nt difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative test indexes(includ ing white blood cell count,C-reactive protein,total bilirubin),postoperative compli cations(including fever,incision infection,bleeding,bile leakage,bile duct injury,e tc.),readmission and postoperative pain VAS score.Compared with the traditional g roup,the patients in the daytime group had shorter hospitalization time,lower hospit alization cost and higher postoperative satisfaction,which was statistically significa nt(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with the traditional mode,laparoscopic cholecystectomy in daytime mode can shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce the cost of patients,and improve the postoperative satisfaction of patients.It is safe,efficient and feasible,and is worthy of clinical promotion.2.Attach importance to the screening of outpatients in day surgery,strictly grasp the inclusion and exclusion criteria,actively improve preoperative examination,combined anesthesia and other multidisciplinary outpatient evaluation,in order to ensure the success rate of day surgery.
