Clinical Observation Of Self-Designed Ziyin Angeng Decoction In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome(Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Yin)

Objective:This topic is mainly to observe the clinical efficacy of self-prepared Ziyin Angeng Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(deficiency of liver and kidney yin),compare the improvement of corresponding symptoms and changes in hormone FSH and LH levels before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group,and verify the safety and effectiveness of self-prepared Ziyin Angeng Decoction in the treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 72 patients were selected in this study,all of whom met the inclusion criteria of perimenopausal syndrome(deficiency of liver and kidney yin),and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.In the course of clinical observation,there were 3 cases of shedding in each group,33 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given self-prepared Ziyin Angeng Decoction by mouth,and the control group was given Kuntai capsule by mouth.After 8 weeks of continuous administration,the drug was stopped.The symptom relief and serum FSH and LH levels of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical therapeutic effect of self-prepared Ziyin Angeng Decoction was evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:The total clinical effective rate of 33 patients in the treatment group was84.85%,while the total clinical effective rate of 33 patients in the control group was75.76%.Serum FSH and LH levels were decreased and symptoms were improved in both groups,indicating that the drugs in both groups had a good therapeutic effect,but the effect of medication in the treatment group is better.It shows that self-designed Ziyin Angeng Decoction has more advantages in treating this disease.Conclusion:After analysis,it is concluded that self-prepared Ziyin Angeng Decoction can better reduce the symptoms of menopausal patients and improve the quality of life of women.In addition,self-prepared Ziyin Angeng Decoction has no obvious side effects,which can be further studied clinically.
